Daniel
The episode starts off with the elevator door opening, revealing both Ruby and Daniel, who had just arrived at Ozpin's office with Ironwood, Glynda and Ozpin himself on the scene.
Ruby: Ah, sorry it took so long.
Daniel: Yeah, someone accidentally hit all the buttons on the elevator on the way up here.
He glares at her as Ruby tries to shrug this off with a nervous laugh and smile.
Ozpin: Thank you for coming, Ruby and Daniel. How are you two feeling?
Daniel: Fine. Nothing interesting has happened.... apart from this.
Ruby: Okay, I guess. I'd feel better if my bad-guy catching wasn't 0 for 3. (slight chuckles)
Everyone just looks at Ruby very seriously, no smirk whatsoever. Daniel leans closer to Ruby and whispers to her.
Daniel: Ruby, this isn't the time for jokes.
Ruby: Oh, sorry everyone!
Ironwood: It's okay. Now, Ruby and Daniel, I feel its appropriate to let you guys know that I think what you both did last night is exactly what being a huntsman and huntress is all about. You recognized a threat, you took actions, and you both did the very best you could.
Both: Thank you, sir.
Ozpin: Now, the general here has already informed us of the events that, transpired last night. But now that you've rested we were wondering if you had anything to add.
Glynda: Was anyone else with her? Did she look familiar to you both?
Daniel: Hmm, she was wearing a mask, and she never said anything to me or Ruby. But we both know she fought with glass. I don't think that was her Semblance, though. Her clothing lit up whenever she attacked.
Glynda: Save for the glass, that sounds like the woman I fought the night we met Ruby and Daniel.
Ironwood: Embedding Dust into clothing is an age-old technique. It could have been anyone.
Ruby: Wait. You think this girl is connected to Torchwick and the White Fang?
Ozpin: Even though Roman Torchwick is dead, it could be possible. But we still lack the required evidence to link the two together.
Ruby: Actually, I... I think Daniel and I remember her saying something about a hideout, or something, in the southeast. Just outside the Kingdom.
Ozpin smiles upon hearing this information.
Ozpin: Interesting.
Glynda: I thought you said the intruder never-
Ozpin: Thank you for your cooperation, Ruby and Daniel. Why don't you two go and spend some time with your teams? You have a big day ahead of you both.
Ruby: (leaving) Any time.
Daniel: We will, sir.
Ozpin: And Miss Rose, please try and be ... discreet about this matter, like Daniel.
Ruby: Yes sir.

The door to Team RWBY/DANY dorm room opens, revealing Yang, Sleek, Blake, Dark SSJ4, Weiss and Dark inside. The six zoom over to the person in the door, who is revealed to be both Ruby and Daniel.
Yang: What happened?
Ruby: Uh... well, um... (laughing nervously)
Daniel: They just asked us what the girl looks like. That's it.
