P/S: I just noticed that a few people who have purchased my book on amazon have said that I lied about the form of my published copy of this book. Let me be clear here. I have yet to  republish this book and take the old published version off sale. With that being said I want to make sure everyone understands... When I do republish this book there will be some (very) small changes that I have made throughout the book. BUT the end will remain the same as it is here on Wattpad. The book is meant to end the way it does for a reason. And it will end this same way in the published version. The current published version and the new published version that will be up some time at the beginning of this year (2014) coming. Okay i hope that is all cleared up for anyone thinking about buying this book. Also I will have physical copies of book 1 after the republication is done. The same will go for Book 2 as well. 

I hope everyone who reads this last chapter enjoys it because I enjoyed writing it.

Chapter Seventeen: The Beginning of The End

Kyla's POV

Opening my eyes and lifting myself up on my elbow slowly, I glance towards the lofty window directly across the room. The curtains draped around the window were swaying gently as the light breeze, that was slipping through the small opening, blew through.

It was still a little dark outside; the sun not yet ready to make an appearance. Turning over to my side I took a look at the digital clock that sat on the bedside table and read the time to be a little past five in the morning.

Not ready to get out of bed, and begin the day I knew would be exceedingly difficult, and long, I curled into a ball under my blankets and reached out to grab the pendant Liam had given me.

Bringing the gold pendant closer, I gazed down at it longingly, twisting it around in my hand every so often to read the inscription on the back. This pendant meant the world to me, besides Christian's plan, this pendant was the only other reason why I have not entirely given up yet. This pendant signified who I was to Liam in his eyes and that meant everything.

I started to cry instantly as I read and reread the inscription that was engraved on the back of the small pendant, "My La mia anima gemella." I wanted so badly for those words to become a reality, I wanted to be able to embrace those words, and I wanted so desperately to hear Liam speak those words to me again.

Closing my eyes and holding the pendant over my heart, I turned over on my back and blew out a deep sigh. Suddenly all the moments we had shared together, imperfect and breathtaking, started to flash through my head like a movie.

The day we first locked eyes with each other was the first thing I remembered, but replaying it in my head now I could see the passion and love deep within his eyes so clearly now. It was a wonder how I ever missed it before.
