Reason I stay

"Good morning Hakase." Hakase look at the just now awake Conan "Ouh good morning Conan your up early." Conan look at Hakase weirdly.. it's 8 right.. it's always the time he woke up, Hakase knew he had confuse the younger "Ah! No no, you just remind me of Shinichi who would always wakes up at 11 or 12." Conan nod and walk toward the kitchen to grab something "Ohayo Haibara" Haibara turn around to see the said latter and hand him a glass of milk "Ohayo Kudo-kun." Conan thanks her and drink the milk in one gulp and settle the glass in the sink. He wave goodbye to Hakase and Haibara after packing up his stuff. *Hmm I wonder if their awake.. and I wonder more if Nii-chan could walk.* He chuckle at his own statement while opening the gate to the mansion, he was about to open the two giant door but regret it as the door open it self and knock him. "OW!" Conan fall onto his butt with a huge impact "Oh my god! Gonmenasai! Co-chan!" Kaito pull the smaller up to his foot and help him remove the dust. Conan glare at the magician who is half naked "What are you doing?! Playing tag in the house?!" Kaito bow to Conan saying sorry again, he pick Conan up and bring them both inside the house. Conan saw his Nii-chan with nothing on but a blanket sitting on the couch with a pout... "Nii-chan are you not gonna wear anything except for the blanket or do you want me to snap a picture of you like that so bad that you wait for me to arrive home?" That made Shinichi eyes widen, he tried to walk but fall thanks to Kaito's good reflex Shinichi is catched and with Kaito's help Shinichi can walk up the stairs... "Ahou." Is all Conan say before preparing those two breakfast.

"So now you guys are official... Are you gonna tell Okaa-san, Otou-san and Chikage-san?" Shinichi almost spit his coffee when he heard what Conan asked "Well.. I can tell my Okaa-san but...... She will make it a big deal." Kaito say while finishing up his breakfast that Conan made which is really delicious "And you Nii-chan? Not gonna tell Okaa-san and Otou-san?" "I don't know Conan maybe we will but not now." Conan raise an eyebrow "Well you Nii-chans can wait cause I think our parents will know it sooner or later." The both teenager nod because what Conan say is right their parents is sneaky. "Yeah I think we can wait right Shin-chan?" Shinichi nod before hitting Kaito for calling him Shin-chan... Conan watch the two argue and giggles, the two lover look at Conan in confusement "You two looks like Okaa-san and Otou-san. Shinichi Nii-chan is my Okaa-san and Kaito Nii-chan is my Otou-san hihihi" Shinichi look at Conan in sadness.... He knew the little just missed their parents, Conan is young... He choose to stay with Shinichi who is always busy and had no time even for himself, Kaito saw the sadness in Shinichi's eyes, he squeezed Shinichi's hand and the latter look at his lover. Kaito smile.. a genuine smile not his poker face smile and that's made Shinichi smile too. "Well if you didn't do your homework your "Okaa-san" will be mad~" Conan look up at Kaito and nod "Hey! Why am I the mother?" Conan and Kaito chuckle and say in sync "Because your the girl one in the relationship!" Before Shinichi can hit Conan, the smaller run upstairs to his room while laughing. "Your okay Shin-chan?" Shinichi look at Kaito and smile "Yeah..it's just I know deep down he miss our parents... But he choose to stay with me... I don't even have time for myself how can I have time for him?" Shinichi's eyes is now filled with tears, Kaito wrap himself around Shinichi and pat the detective back slowly "Well it's okay, he was okay with it.. there's must be a reason why he want to stay with you." Kaito voice calms Shinichi down.. Shinichi look at Kaito's eyes and smile.. "Thank you and.. I love you." Kaito smile, "I *kiss forehead* love *kiss nose* you *kiss cheeks* too *kiss lips* Meitantei." Shinichi giggles with every kiss Kaito gave he like it a lot being pampered by Kaito. And knowing Kaito he want to spoil Shinichi too.

Flashback~
"Co-chan hayaku!" Conan ran down the stairs towards the door to meet his Okaa-san and Otou-san who is waiting for him. Right now they are about to go to the airport to fly to America, despite Conan is still little the married couple wants to bring Conan with them to America. Knowing Shinichi he would want to live in the mansion, Conan look at his Nii-chan's room and stare at it for a long time knowing that his Nii-chan is still asleep with his piled cases last night. "Let's go Conan" Yusaku has already put their luggage into the car. Conan look at his parents and sigh.. "Okaa-san, Otou-san I... I wanna live here with Nii-chan." The married couple widen their eyes asking why "I.. I wanna live with Nii-chan." Conan understand that they just want to be by his side while his still little.. but then who will be by his Nii-chan's side? Ran Nee-chan? Sonoko Nee-chan? Hakase? Shiho Nee-chan? No it's Conan "I know you guys will be worried but... If Nii-chan can't take care of himself I will!" Yusaku smile at his youngest son.. *Ahh.. he love his Nii-chan so much. I'm proud of him... My little Conan* Yukiko protest saying that his still young and said that no one will be by his side that made Conan smiled "Then who will be by Shinichi Nii-chan's side?" He asked that made Yukiko froze but she smile neither less "Well if that's what you want Co-chan... But be careful and take care of yourself okay? And take care of your Onii-chan." Yukiko cried while hugging her younger son who is so thoughtful of his own big brother... "Take care Okaa-san! I love you!" Yusaku looked hurts and Conan giggles "I love you too Otou-san! Finish your work quickly and came back home okay!" Yukiko giggle at her child cuteness like a high school girl while Yusaku just smile... His happy.. so happy

"If only you knew the reason I stay Nii-chan... I love you..." The little glasses boy say before walking to his desk and start doing his homework.
