- tiny boy
- maybe 5'7 at final height
- carries specific things in his fanny pack for all the losers
- richie's back up glasses/contacts, emergency tampons for bev, pens and paper for bill and ben, anxiety pills for stan (and himself) and snacks to share with mike when they meet up after school
- y'all think bill and ben are the artistic ones
- but hear me out, this kid can paint
- he paints a picture of him and richie in art class and gets silver medal during the art show
- then gives it to richie and makes him cry
- and helps him hang it on his bedroom wall
- teenage!eddie sneaking out through his window to go to richie's when sonia becomes unbearable
- favorite color is orange
- doesn't remember much about his dad but is too scared to ask his mom about him
- used to birdwatch with stan a lot but then he accidently touched bird shit on a bench and he never went again
- does track in high school
- loves hugs but never initiates them
- but is very grateful and happy when he gets one
- however drunk!eddie is different
- hugs everyone and kisses their cheek
- sits on bill's lap thinking it was richie and richie gets pissed
- bev taught him how to braid hair
- so he tries to braid richie's sometimes
- "damnit it's still not long enough, rich."

- gets told he's adorable at least once a day by one of the losers
- acts annoyed but is actually really insecure so it's really nice to hear that
- tries really hard to stop taking so many meds daily but it's a process
- mike suggests chewing gum whenever he feels the urge to use his inhaler inappropriately
- *gets addicted to chewing gum*
- ben is lowkey the best one to calm him down during a panic attack
- bev is the first person he comes out to as gay
- and he is so nervous and starts crying before she even has time to react
- but she just pulls him into a hug and rubs his back saying it's okay and he's never felt more loved
