"My Shifu..."
Bai Qian's voice comes out as a sweet purr, but it's the reverence and awe that suddenly has them both wrapped around her delicate fingers. She sounds as if she might drop to her knees at any given moment in order to pay homage to the God of War.
Mo Yuan looks down at her. His free hand moves on its own accord and cups her cheek in a similar manner to how she had treated Ye Hua, "Little Seventeenth... Why are you out of your room?"
"It's too hot, Shifu..." Her voice nearly carries her pout as she nuzzles into him in a gesture that is affectionate and undoubtedly belonging to a nine-tailed fox, "Please don't make the cold go away..."
His beloved Seventeenth looks up at him with sad, kit-like eyes and at once Mo Yuan realizes he's a goner. He's doing better than Ye Hua at controlling himself, but with their nine-tailed fox's pheromones running rampant throughout the mountain and their already present attraction to her, neither dragon stood much of a chance of going against her wishes.
'Too many wars have been started by nine-tailed foxes going into heat' Zhe Yan's words, more or less, echo throughout his mind and stir the familiar need to offer his protection and safe harbor to the woman in front of him. He needed to at least get her out of the open. None of his disciples would be prepared for such a trial, of this much he knew for certain. There was also that pesky Ghost Prince that needed to be dealt with already - he could still feel his presence on the mountain and his irritation spiked over the fact that even Dong Hua hasn't removed them yet.
As a god said to be spawned from rock itself, he expected Dong Hua to be a little more unyielding... even if they were worried about the current threat of war.
A low, dangerous growl erupts from Mo Yuan's throat. Ye Hua takes a sudden break from peppering gentle kisses along Bai Qian's shoulder to look up at his older brother curiously. At first, he's worried about a fight breaking out, but with a mere glance, he readily understands that his growing annoyance isn't aimed towards him.
"Let's go inside, Seventeenth," Mo Yuan offers to her quietly. His voice is gentle and calming to her ears and leaves her muscles relaxing after the brief, nervous tensing from Ye Hua's ministrations. When his disciple looks up at him with worried eyes, he leans down and kisses her forehead tenderly, soothing away any doubt and fear over the idea of them leaving her to stay in a hot, stuffy room on her lonesome, "We won't let anyone chase the cold away..."
Or us. Ye Hua adds mentally, a small smirk graces his features as he reaches behind himself to open the door in one fluid movement. They'll at least need a privacy barrier to protect those involved.
o~O~o~O~o
Dong Hua looks back at the mountain the second he feels that barrier being erected. It's probably the first time since Mo Yuan became the Master of Kunlun Mountain, as no one has dared even begin to perform the quick spell that would cast it.
He wasn't entirely worried - once they handled the arrogant children in front of them, he and Zhe Yan would deal with the other problem it provided. He could sense that Mo Yuan and Ye Hua had ducked inside the barrier they created for Bai Qian.
Considering she had removed the barrier Mo Yuan set up, the outcome probably wasn't as horrible as it could have been. Beyond the sudden dampening on the dragon twins' breath, there was no other disturbance on the mountain apart from the pests in front of them.
Zhe Yan tries again to peacefully finish shepherding them off of the mountain. Mo Yuan left as soon as he could when he realized the mischievous little fox had slipped out of the protective barrier, and fortunately, that had been just as they realized the invalids in front of them were close to giving up. He trusted them to finish the job.
