Chapter 3

I was waiting, still waiting for a response .I began to clean my room, and under there I found a refrigerator, next to a jar, filled with fireflies. Okay, so the fireflies work miracles. I took out the small refrigerator and connected it to a plug, okay I pinched myself to see if I was sleeping, I wasn’t .The refrigerator was fancy and I decided to fill it with deformed waffle. I went outside to the eating area and I got a bunch of drinks and a handful of deformed waffle. I was thinking that I could limit contact with humans by stuffing this refrigerator with food. That girl came up to me ,okay so I found her name is Esmeralda ,and She came up to me and said” oh hey horse turd ,I see you think you’re all that but you’re really not, sorry”, she smacked her lips ,put her hands on her hips ,and walked away. Okay I could see myself smacking her face with this deformed waffle.

I began eating a deformed waffle, it tasted more deformed than ever.

It began raining really hard and the leaking roof was not helping .I crossed my fingers and looked under my bed, and there it was, wood, nails, and a hammer, of course there was also a jar of fireflies. I began to fix my roof and all around the walls, well it looks better.

Once again I checked under my bed and there was a couple canes of paints and paint brushes and I began to paint murals, murals of fireflies. Once I was done I returned the paint just in case the fireflies wanted it back. It was still raining and I was stuck in here, but whatever I got an umbrella and went outside ,as I was frolicking outsider it began to thunder, okay there was no way I could stay outside.

I took out my laptop and sent an email to my parents hoping for an answer

Dear mom and dad

Oh hey guys so like hey, um I just wanted to say that its actually getting better .I guess well it’s only been a week ,and it gets better every day, so yeah.

And so I don’t really want you guys to pick me up after you guys get home from Hawaii so yeah cx

You guys make sure to buy me souvenirs!

It soon stopped raining, I was glad because it was time for lunch and I didn’t want to eat deformed waffle, so I went out to get some sandwiches to keep in my refrigerator. Someone poked my back, I was really scared, and I turned around slowly .I opened my eyes and saw the cutest guy …

“Oh, hey I really didn’t catch your name” he said with a smile

“Oh, hey my name is Elizabeth, and um hi, hello” I said blushing

“oh” he blushed” my name is Joseph”

“Oh hey Joseph”

“Um ….do you want to come sit with me, I mean I don’t really have anyone to sit with”

“Um sure I mean, yeah of course”

We walked over to the table ,and I began to sigh , I had forgotten that Esmeralda was his girlfriend ,she smiled and said hello ,trying to act all nice in front of him ,I just smiled and said hi .She later started asking me questions trying to act all nice.

“Um so where are you from” she said with a smirk

“Um,”I said” I’m from around here “

“Okay me too”

“And um, do you have a boyfriend, I have a really hot boyfriend “

“Um no, but I’m okay”

“Um do you have friends, because I have a lot of friends “

“Oh yeah I have a bunch of friends “

“Um okay, it’s time to go” and she left, I was relived.

Joseph walked towards me and I smile

He asked me if I had ever gone to the river and I said no.

He took me to the river, and when we reached the rocky part he actually held my hand, omg yay.”Do you want to get in “he asked .I jumped right in and with the collar of his shirt I pulled him into the water with me, he began to laugh, and I began to laugh as well, I was smiling so hard?

“I really don’t know that much about you and I was wondering if you could tell me a thing or two” I said hopefully.

“Nothing to know really, I mean my favorite color is blue, and I have an obsession with fireflies “he said smiling

“Oh okay, well I have an obsession with fireflies to, and actually……….never mind”

“What???......tell me I want to know”

“I don’t want you to think that I’m omen sort of weirdo “

“Don’t worry I love weirdness”

“Okay so like, I don’t know how to explain…well I’ll just show you later”

“Aww okay he said.

” I love your smile, “he said I blushed .without thinking I said “I love your face, I quickly covered my mouth,” I love your face too, I have to go by the way, I had a good time, see ya around “he said and I blushed .I closed my eyes and smiled, and I hit my knee against a rock, and made red water.

I walked into the showers and halleluiah the showers were actually working .I went back into my cabin smiling the whole way, it was just so awesome, ahh, so awesome. He’s just the most gorgeous, perfect, ahh.

There was a knock on the door, I opened it, there was a jar of fireflies a couple of feet away, and I went out to grab it.

I walked back into my cabin, and locked the door, I did not want to have any contact with humans, but I did want to have contact with fireflies.

I closed my eyes and woke up, walked outside as usual, and yes there they were .I got the five jars of fireflies inside my cabin and let them free. Soon after that the fireflies came with a bouquet of dandelions, because they wanted for all of my dreams to come true. Aren’t these fireflies so nice …..Yes yes they were .I walked around with the fireflies, I just thought that this was so mysterious and cool, this was just plain awesome.

I become morning way too quickly, and I went outside hoping to see joseph.
