Humans are a strange concept.
They go into a slumber exposed.
They leave their bodies unarmed and unconscious.
No mortal really knows what happens when they are asleep.
The are helpless and weak,
nightmares
could harm them.
For this reason, the goddess of dreams
sent forth a protector for the human kind.
An animal attached to the mortal's dreamcatchers.
Each animal attached to the dreamcatcher watches over the human in their sleep.
When a nightmare approaches,
the animal attempts to get rid of them
The animal represents the human's personality, if you so wish to know your animal, tell me how you act and your presence.
