In Niflheim...
"So, the prince and princess elude death," Iedolas says. "And what of my elusive ring?"
"Serafina and Lunafreya have absconded with it," Lunafreya's brother, Ravus informs his emperor.
"Find them and kill them. The ring is the final piece."
"We may do well to take them alive. The Six wield power beyond our imagination. The Oracles hold the key for the King. They could unlock many secrets, nay High Commander?" Besithia says, hoping to get more power from the gods. Ravus said nothing. "Lord Ravus, the Imperial army is at your disposal."
"A moot point while the fugitives remain at large. My men and I will continue our search for the prince and the Oracles."
"So glorious... my Crystal..." Iedolas says, mesmerized by the Crystal given to Lucis from the gods.
Back in the Leide region, heading to the Duscae region...
"Look out world, here we come!" Prompto exclaimed.
"We can finally leave this dust bowl behind," Gladiolus said, glad to get out of the Leide region.
"The lands beyond are vast by comparison to Leide," Ignis said, informing the others of the regions that lay ahead better.
"Bigger's better! More stuff to see and do," Prompto said excitedly.
"First comes Duscae, a region known for its wetlands."
"Really? Wetlands?" Noctis asked, earning a scoff from Sera, who was sitting in between him and Gladiolus.
"There's also a chocobo forest."
"Now we're talking!" Prompto said, hoping to see some chocobos.
"Further west lies the Cleigne region, wherein we'll find the town of Lestallum.
"Oh. Isn't that where Iris is headed?"
"Barring delays, she should've by now. Maybe even had herself a look at the Meteor," Gladiolus said.
"The Meteor of the Six?" Sera and Noctis asked in unison.
"The same. Its heart is harnessed to power Lestallum," Ignis said.
"Whoa. That sounds way cool," Prompto said.
"I'm actually looking forward to this," Gladiolus said. Soon, the five reached Alston Coernix Station. Once they arrived, Noctis's phone rang.
"Who could this be?" Noctis asked, picking up the phone. "Hello? Iris? Yeah, will do."
"Was that Iris? Hmph. Can't even call her own brother," Gladiolus huffs.
"In all fairness, yours wasn't the obituary broadcast all over Lucis," Ignis assures.
"What about me? She say anything about me?" Prompto asked, excitedly. Soon, the already eager blonde taps Noct's shoulder, causing him to turn to face his best friend. "Did you see that sign? Chocobos! ...CHOCOBOS!"
"No time for that. Need to get to Lestallum," Gladiolus interjected.
"Sorry, Prompto. We can't right now. Lestallum is our top priority," Sera said, her hand on his shoulder with a determined look in her eyes.
"Gladio and Sera are right. First things first: Lestallum," Noctis reiterated, giving a bit of an apologetic look to his best friend, knowing his love for chocobos.
