Shashank was beyond besotted with her.. Her blush failed to erase the smile on his face.. and he never wanted that smile to leave his face..
Juhi ran into her cabin. She flushed thinking about what just happened minutes ago in his cabin... "Shashank " she whispered.. She felt heavenly saying his name.. Slightly embarrassed, she decided to get ready for the surgery before she could bump in to him again .. and left for the OT.. The surgery took an extra hour than the usual time .. It was successful but Juhi was drained.. She got back to her cabin and was signing the case files which a resident doctor had brought to her.. Shashank missed her since afternoon.. He walked into her cabin without knocking hoping she would be alone.. He was disappointed to see a resident doctor seated opposite to her discussing a case.. Juhi refused to look into his eyes when he came in.. She couldn't hold his gaze after their arousing washroom encounter.. Shashank sat on the sofa on the other side of her table.. He kept staring at her while she was discussing the case which distracted her.. In between the discussion, Juhi's energy levels were so low she supported her face with her hands on the table and also yawned a few times.. Shashank had a smirk on his face noticing this.. to add to her embarrassment after a couple of minutes he got up and walked near her table.. "Dr Juhi, you seem to be very tired.. Looks like you worked out a lot last night.... I guess you should take rest.. I ll catch up with you later" he said with a huge grin on his face and walked out with his hands tucked in his pocket and with that naughty grin on his face.. Juhi was shocked with the raw statement that he just made.. She blushed as her face turned into all shades of red.. This man is impossible she thought but toned down her reaction since the resident doctor seated in from of her stared at her clueless.. She continued the discussion and signed the case files .. After the resident left Juhi covered her face between her hands and blushed hard thinking about what just happened..
A while later Shashank walked in to her cabin again..with the same grin on his face.. how much he adored teasing her..and her blush was very special to him She saw him and immediately got up from her chair and walked towards him Dr Shashank why do you keep embarrassing me.. I look like an idiot blushing and flushing in front of everyone who look at me clueless.. Pl don't do this to me.. she genuinely pleaded Shashank immediately realised what he had done.. He held her face between his palm and said.. Hey Juhi I'm so sorry I never meant to embarrass you.. It's just that I love teasing you and see you blush.. I'm sorry this won't happen again.. I'm sorry ok.. She knew he was genuinely sorry but she also loved to be teased by him.. On one condition you can tease me.. she said What that's .. he asked raising his one brow You can tease me as much as you want but only when we are alone... Shashank blushed hearing that and said ok madam ..
Seating himself on the sofa , Shashank said Juhi today is Saturday.. Let's leave early from here.. Let's go out somewhere.. Where do you want to go ?? Juhi took a minute to think and said let's drive to the beach .. and spend sometime there.. Okkkk.. he sighed deeply
30 minutes later they drove to the beach.., they alighted from the car and walked towards the beach.. They found a suitable place to sit.. on a rock at water's edge watching the reflection of the golden sunset rippling on the ocean... There was a comfortable silence.. both absorbing the beauty of the sunset....
