Percy's POV.
It was Halloween and we were just getting on our costumes to go trick or treating and to a haunted house.

"Isn't this a little childish that we're going trick or treating?.."asked nico as he put on his skeleton costume.

"Nico you obviously have never been trick or treating."will said as he zipped up Nicos jacket."nico zip up your jacket gods you could get a cold."nico looked offended..Will was struggling to get on his vampire teeth.

"Well sorry I was stuck in time for 60 years and have never been trick or treating."nico said mumbling.

"Sorry"will said as he kissed his cheek.

"Percy why.."I turned around where piper was standing.

"Your just jealous that I look good,what are you supposed to be?🤡"I said angrily as I showed her my amazing mermaid costume.

"I'm meg from Hercules,duh."she said while she went over to Jason.who was Hercules.

Then the doorbell rang.WISE GIRL.i went to the door and opened it wide open."seaweed brain!"she yelled as she jumped on me.

"You actually went as the little mermaid?"she said laughing.

"Yeah and you actually went as Eric!"I laughed.

She had her blond hair tied up and a white blouse with black cargo pants and black combat boots that looked like heels.she looked beautiful as always.

Hazel was dressed as scarlet witch(cause she binge watched marvel with frank..)and frank was hulk(he wanted to be Hawkeye but he couldn't..).

"We all ready?"I asked.

"We're waiting for Leo,calypso and Rachel"said Will.

Soon enough Rachel came out as Merida from brave and Caylspo came as Elsa.leo came behind her in a dress like hers.he was a fire version of Elsa.

"Cool costume Leo"yelled Nico.

Leo blushed slightly."thanks di angelo"he said sarcastically.

"What's trick or treating again..."asked caylspo as we walked out of the Apartment.

Annabeth POV.

When we got back to Percy's apartment we dumped all the candy and went to the haunted house before it was over.leo got loads full but I had a strategy that got me more than Leo.

As we got there it was big and all dark....we heard a whimper...as if a cry for help...

Leo stuttered oUt a laugh."your all chickens were not even there yet...."he said pushing calypso close to the house.

"Nuh uh....your mister brave shot you go first"calypso said.

Instead piper stepped forward to the house."haha shes fearless..."I heard Jason say under his breath.

The door creaked as we opened it...

"Nico......"asked will.

"What."Nico said looking around trying to find light.

"Can I hold your hand?.."he asked.

"Shut it solace,I hear something..."said Nico.

Then the door shut behind us and locked.

Nico found a flashlight and Leo grabbed it from his hands"cmon turn it on already!"he yelled obviously scared as Tartarus..

He turned it on and there was a clown with a fake gun in the corner of the room.

We all jumped and screamed as we reached for our weapons,but then realized We left our weapons at Percy's...

Leo held onto calypsos arm as tight as he could."leo her arms gonna fall off of you don't let go."saiD percy while we were again in the darkness.

I got....a little frightened...just a little not like Leo or will....I just didn't know what was gonna pop up next...which made me feel like I was in Tartarus..."Annabeth are you holding onto both of my arms...?"asked percy...

"No I'm only holding onto one..."I said confused.

"Rachel...?"asked percy.

A guy with a ReALLY creepy face that almost looked like a Cyclopes was holding onto his arm....his face half eaten(SFX MAKEUP IT JUST SFX MAKEUP ANNABETH)....it was cool to watch when percy jumped...

Annabeth POV.
We were half way through the maze.we lost leo and calypso cause leo ran into a clown and wouldn't move after...frank and Hazel got lost where the chainsaws hanged from the roof...Jason was stuck beside a wall of bricks with piper where she tried to get him out.

It was percy,me,Rachel,will and Nico.

Will wasn't looking to good as he held onto Nicos hand looking around every 10 seconds.rachel would try to get closer to percy but I would give her the death glare.

She just laughed.

Pretty soon we reached dead mans grove or grandma Nancy's farm..

"Grandma Nancy's farm doesn't sound that bad."sAys Nico as Will is trembling beside him..

"Ok let's go..."Percy says a little frighten in his voice.

We walk down to the farm...there's a big barn house that has a speck of light in it.

"Light."says will as he leads Nico to the little speck of light.

"Is it your dad?"Nico asks sarcastically.

"Very funny,where not there yet cmon!"he said leading him to the barn shed.

We seen them get in there running as percy,Rachel and I walked.

Will screamed.we then heard whispers.

"Guys we should skip this one..."yelled Nico.

"Why is will scared?just stay with him we can go in"said percy.

We began walking.hand in hand.but Nico grabbed his shoulder.

"Um Annabeth can I talk to percy alone...?"he said lookingy at will.

"Yeah sure..."i said while will TRIED to keep me company.

I got bored as will went on about how he work in the infirmary,so I walked over to the door.

I heard Nico say"Annabeth!"

I then heard a scream and realized...it was my own.
