As the two Challengers made there way to Hulbury,Y/n had a strange feeling as they neared the port city,she didn't know why but it soon fazed out of her mind when Bede's Soloists cooed happily and nudged her gently.

I didn't understand why Solosis was so fond of Y/n,even when this is the same crazy girl that told her Gabite to use Flamethrower on me!!
What's wrong with my pokemon?!
"Solosis is such a sweet heart~Unlike someone...It's like you didn't raise her."

"...Was that you being shady..."Y/n smirked  while petting Solosis.I took my partner back from her and kept walking.Y/n laughed and poked fun at me as we walked across the bridge overlooking the wild.When her laughing stopped,it was a nice silence...not a lonely one.The wind blew softly and the sun shined down on us, leaving us nice and warm.
One moment she's rude the next she's as calm as a Bellossom.
"....Why did you leave Spikemuth?"

"Well if you must know,I was trying to run away before I was endorsed by Raihan. That's how i met Gabite when he was a Gible.It may be my home but....*Sigh*Raihan gave me a better way to escape Spikemuth,my sis doesn't know I feel this way nor my brother."It's like she avoided the question yet answered it vaguely.We returned to silence as the end of the bridge came into view.
I guess that was an extremely touchy subject, eventually I get the answer I want.

Y/n went off to the pokecenter to stock up on healing potions and other things while I walked straight over to Chairman Rose.

After the whole situation with Oleana, chasing off the fan,Y/n came over with Gabite walking along side her with a mean mug.
"Ah,the young lady endorsed by Raihan."

"What gave it away,the clothes or the big ass dragon emblem on my uniform when you saw us all at the meet?"Y/n asked in a monotonous tone,this is the first time I've heard her voice so...So flat before.No hint of sarcasm or annoyance.Chairman Rose laughed as if she didn't just flat tone him,he went to pat her shoulder but I was fast enough to grab his wrist to stop him.
"If you like this hand,I wouldn't touch her,sir.Y/n's Gabite is overprotective and won't hesitate to attack."

"Wow so you do pay attention."She mocked lighty before walking away to the Stadium.
A sigh escapes my lips as I let the chairman go.
Oleana's posture changed as she watched Y/n walk off.
"That's one of Piers's sisters...What a ruffian."

"Shut it Oleana,ya not any better than her. Plus she isn't that bad, annoying and sassy but not that bad."I surprised myself for defending Y/n but meh, it's whatever at this point and I headed to the stadium so I could take on the gym.
For me to say there's no time for friends,I surly took up for that crazy girl but she's a mere girl that eventually fall for me,I'm sure of it.
I couldn't shake that Solosis was so attached to Y/n already,we only met two days ago....
Once again I shrugged my shoulder after I got to the stadium.

Y/n was just walking through the Challenger door when I got there and I could see her number on her uniform looking back at me.

That was the last thing I saw before the door closed.I knew that she loved her Gabite but I didn't know it was that much..She may be a super tough girl but she has a sweet spot for her pokemon.I felt a tug on the corner of my mouth,then got changed into my uniform.

It was an easy battle for me once again and this time my cute Eevee evolved and I was right about him leaning a dark type move!During Nessa Dynamaxing Drednaw,all that darkness helped Eevee evolve into Umbreon!!
"Congratulations! You've earned your water badge,never have i seen a pokemon Evolve in the middle of Dynamaxing before!Say...my modeling company is looking for new people to join and you have a great taste in clothes and yes I saw you when you walked in the building before changing, would you like to take the job and have another sponsor?"

"Re-Really?!Yeah,I'll take it!"Nessa hands me two cards,one being her league card and the other being a modeling agency.She told me to give them a call and they'll send me another uniform with the second emblem on it.I thanked Nessa and I was on my way but something told me to wait but o didn't listen...
When I exited the building I was greeted by Oleana's back, without wasting another second I ran back in.
Shite!No way in hell I'm going out there....It could be she's waiting for someone...Ugh!I'll wait it out by watching the next Challenger battle like the rest.

I went to the seats to the far back just as Bede walks out to face Nessa.
Hmm let's see how well this fuck boy battles.
"Let's hope you're just as surprising as my last challenger!That girl is spunky!"

"I have a good feeling on who you're talking about...About this tall, white hair,and Seafoam eyes and the only person in Galar with a Gabite.Yeah has to be her."

"Oi!You said that like my battle style is piss poor!"I screamed out and everyone,and I mean everyone turned around to look at me.

Bede popped a cocky smirk at me then turned to look at Nessa.
"That girl is nutters!"

"Shove it you-Ugh just battle Nessa, we'll settle this later!"Bede huffed like a child and went through with his battle and surprisingly he won the battle,like had.Suddenly I got a Call from Shane, saying that he was invited to some dinner with the chairman and...And so was I?!

Panicked I grabbed Bede,when he came out the changing room and ran to the emergency exit to escape Oleana!I didn't stop until we got to the train station and on the train itself.
I huffing and puffing when we sat down and so was he.
"Shite,that was a close one....Oleana was waiting for me outside the stadium,so that's why I was there to watch you battle,sorry for makin ya run here."

"Tsk whatever...Why are you running from Oleana?"

"The chairman wanted to have dinner with me and Shane but I don't want to be near that old maggot!Ugh something is wrong with him,I don't like the feeling he gives me...He makes me uncomfortable and deep down I know he's up to something."Bede didn't seem to convinced but he did listen to me bitch about it for a second.
"Bede, what's your story,huh?Why did you join the league?"I asked suddenly curious about him.

But I didn't expect Bede to go pale as he did...
"N-Not important...So Stow-on-side..."I nod bit I knew he held a deep saddens...like me...
