To carry hate is like a carrying a weight
It's on you shoulders and cannot be lifted
It pulls you down till you're on your knees
You choose not to forgive and hold that anger in
I'm not saying forgive them
You don't have to
It's true
But let go of what they did
Holding hate only causes more harm
So I pretend they're dead
And that's how I move on
I haven't forgiven
They don't deserve my forgiveness
But neither do I deserve to suffer
Hate is burden
It eats you alive
Thinking about the enemy only makes them thrive
They on your mind even though they're not there
And the truth is they just don't care
So just make as though they don't exist
Your anger towards them gives them pure bliss
Forget them
Let them go
Half the time they don't even know
We giving them power over our minds
So let go of hate and you will find that you have won the enemy without even playing the game
And they won't have power over your brain
