Ara and Ace knew each other ever since they were young. They were so close back then that they were inseprable. She could still remember the promise they had before.
Ace even though was a kid told her that he would marry her when they get old enough so that he may protect her from anyone who would try to hurt her. They promised that they would protect each other that no matter what no one would ever separate them and they would grow old together.
They even had a symbol of their promise, and it was a ring, rings from Ace's parents who got separated when he was still very young. He wanted to prove to his parents that not all relationship could end so fast just like the one they had.
They were very happy in those moments that no one would dare to take the happiness they had away from them.
