Author-Chan be too lazy to draw something for this chapter.

Blue had been leading the way through the sandy desert, pointing out rock formations along the way.

"And that there is a, uh, a dolphin rock, because of the way it's shaped! And, like with most of the rocks, there are butterflies flying around them."

"What's up with all the damn butterflies?"

"Hey guys?" Classic called out to Blue and Fell, causing them to look back. "I figured something out. These cloaks are useful for more than just gliding. Watch, I'll try to use my magic."

Fell rolled his eyes. "Come on man, we already know that our magic won't work."

Just then, Classic's eye glow grew brighter as his magic activated, allowing him to lift into the air, then swooping down below to greet them. The other two's eyes widened as the rushed over, not believing their eyes.

"That was so cool! Can you do it again?!" Blue squealed, jumping up and down slightly. Classic shrugged and tried to do it again, but failed. He then tilted his head in confusion.

"What happened? It was working earlier.." His voice trailed off as Fell walked around him, investigating. Suddenly, he spoke up.

"Hey Blue! Get your ass over here and turn around."

Blue walked over to Fell and turned around so he could see Blue's back. Fell then smiled to himself as he figured it out.

"I've got it. When you use your magic to fly, your using the light from this star here. You can't fly anymore because you're out of light. Currently your star is gray. Now Blue's here is still yellow. But if he were to fly.." Fell made a gesture to Blue to start flying, which he did, then landed back down in front of Fell.

"Now his star is gray as well. And he is unable to fly anymore."

"Well what does this do?" Classic pulled out a candle from inside his cloak and watched as it lit instantly, triggering from the light inside of him. Fell tilted his head a bit and frowned. "I have one of those as well. We could try it."

Fell took out his candle and watched as it lit up immediately, then held it close to the cloak, trying not to let the flame touch the cloth. His eyes widened as light flowed from the top of Classic's cloak to the bottom at a slow, steady pace. When the light reached the bottom of the cloak his star glowed a bright yellow before returning to its normal yellow state.

Blue's eyes widened as he watched as well, then tried to do so with his own candle. However, he kept moving it to various locations around his cloak, but couldn't get the star to light up. Classic saw it and came over, holding his own candle close to the cloak in a random spot. Instantly light started to flow down Blue's cloak as well until his star was lit up again. Blue looked a little annoyed.

"Why didn't it work for me?!" He huffed slightly, crossing his arms and pouting a bit. Classic only chuckled.

"I think it only works if the candle is from another monster. Like I wouldn't be able to recharge myself, but Fell could. And you could as well. But you can't recharge yourself."

Blue nodded, then smiled again. He uncrossed his arms and turned to the others with a gleeful face.

"Well now that we have that figured out, who says we continue? I think I can see a rock formation up ahead that looks like a ramp almost, and it looks like there are a few steps there as well! That must be the way to go!"

Blue laughed and started running towards the rock and Classic followed, chuckling while walking at his usual slow pace. Fell stood in place however. It was only for a minute, but he swore he saw the face of Error in the distance. With rage building up inside of him, he took off in full sprint, quickly passing both Classic and Blue.

Blue stumbled a bit as Fell pushed past him. "Hey! Fell! What's wrong, is everything okay?" Fell stopped and turned back.

"I'm not gonna let this world beat me. I'm gonna find a way out, whether it kills me or not!" Fell then turned around again and started running. Blue smiled at Fell's determination and tried to catch up.

"Wait up!"

Meanwhile, Classic was still trying to get himself up off the sand that he was pushed into.
