The muppet babies are playing outside.
Kermit:Hey guys do you know what day is today at November?
All:What?
Kermit:It is Thanksgiving of course.
Miss piggy:Oh I love Thanksgiving.
Rowlf:But what is Thanksgiving?
Nanny:Maybe I can tell you. Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated on various dates in the United States, Canada, some of the Caribbean islands, and Liberia. It began as a day of giving thanks and sacrifice for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. Similarly named festival holidays occur in Germany and Japan.
Fozzie:The holiday about Thanksgiving is nice. They are inside of the house and they are helping nanny with the feast of Thanksgiving.
Kermit:I got the mashed potatoes.
Fozzie:I got the stuffing.
Gonzo:I got the green beans.
Scooter:Skeeter and I got the turkey.
Rowlf:I got the cranberry sauce.
Miss piggy:And I got the pumpkin pie.
They set the food on the table for the Thanksgiving feast. They are praying for Thanksgiving before they eat. After the feast, the babies are stuffed.
All:(Groaning)
Rowlf:(Belches)
Scooter:Rowlf excuse yourself.
