Finding the nuisances

Harry cursed under his breath, getting out of bed. "Bloody Weasley twins. I swear to god. They can't just show up and take my godson whenever they want then take my only means of finding them without searching the whole freaking castle." He muttered under his breath, unintentionally waking the other lads in the room.

"Oi! Where do you think you're going mate?" Ron questioned as the others sat up, looking around groggily.

"Finding your bloody brothers. They took Teddy and the map. The absolute wankers!" Harry explained angrily.

Remus snapped to attention. "They took my son?" He growled as Harry nodded, looking equally as mad and upset. Remus jumped out of bed and dragged Harry from the room, sniffing the air, finding a slight trace of the scent of fireworks and ranges of different sweets.

"Follow me!" He told Harry, following the trail of the twin's scent. They came to an area of the castle with two corridors trailing off in opposite directions. "They've all gone both ways?" The werewolf furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.

"Bloody twins, taking my godson. I will murder them if anything happens to Teddy." Harry growled under his breath. "Let's split up. I'll go right, you go left."

Remus nodded and started going down the left corridor whilst Harry went down the right. They looked for maybe 10 minutes before bumping into each other. It seemed the corridors led to the same place eventually.

The werewolf strained his ears until he picked up some noises. It sounded like... giggling? Teddy's giggling. Without saying a word, he grabbed Harry's arm and started running, careful not to loose the sound or the scent that had just reappeared.

The twins were going everywhere, running around and causing as much mischief as possible much to the boys' dismay. A few minutes on the trail, they ran into someone new. Peeves. Peeves and the twins got along decently enough. They often partnered up to play pranks together during the twins' time at Hogwarts so it wasn't a surprise to Harry when Peeves floated just off the ground, blocking their way.

"What's the secret passcode?" The poltergeist asked in an annoying sing-song voice. Harry glared.

"Move," He said simply, still glaring.

"Shan't move if ya don't have the password!" He sang annoyingly.

Harry growled yet again, growing agitated at the stupid poltergeist in front of them. "Peeves I swear to bloody Merlin if you do not move out of my way right this second, I will hex you so bad you won't be able peel your sorry arse off of the floor when I'm through," He stated, trying to calm himself down. His neko side was straining to get out, wanting to get his godchild back, safe in his arms. "Tell the twins that I want my bloody godson back too whilst you're at it."

Remus gave a glare and a beast-like snarl to the poltergeist who was hesitant to move. Once he heard this and saw Harry's wand pointing towards him, he was racing down the corridor, making up rude songs about them as he went as well as making a few crude gestures towards the pair, pretending not to have actually cared.

Yet again, Harry sighed and started following the corridor Peeves had gone down. They followed him for a few moments before they both heard giggling and talking.

The two boys smiled at one another, hoping to sneak up on the twins however when they rounded the corner, they saw Fred and George leaning against the wall smirking at them. A laughing Teddy sat upon George's shoulders with bright orange hair. He blew a huge raspberry at Harry before smiling cheekily at him. Harry and Remus both rushed forwards, the former snatched Teddy into his arms and held him close, oblivious to the baby giggling at him whilst rapidly changing hair colours. Remus was stood glaring at the twins who just laughed.

"Calm down, Remus. It was only a bit of a laugh. No hard feelings, eh?" Fred grinned at the teenager whilst George nodded along.

Remus glared harder. "That's my bloody son! I'm not going to 'calm down' you morons! You had Harry and I worried sick, we had to threaten Peeves to find out where you were for Merlin's sake. Care to explain yourselves?" He demanded, wand in hand.

They held their hands up in surrender. "Sorry, Remus. It was all fun and games. Didn't mean to actually scare you."

Remus growled at them but turned to Teddy with a smile, Harry handed him over quickly and watched as the werewolf held the baby close. Teddy had changed his hair and his eyes to match Remus which everyone thought was adorable.

A few moments later, Harry turned to the twins and asked, "What are you two even doing here anyway?"

Their eyes sparkled mischievously as George said, "Well, I suppose you'll find out soon enough."
