After I had left the area I was left wondering what that monster was and if I had just made it up in my head. Maybe I need more sleep?

It looked so real...was there actually a big monster like that? No way! I just need to get some water when I get home and go to sleep. As I was heading home, I saw it again after the fog came back! The monster was flying overhead close to my house, so I had to chase it! I came to my house and the giant monster was right above my house! I didn't know what to do; I thought about calling the police, but the people I saved earlier acted like they couldn't see it. Besides what was I going to say? "Hello, Police? Yes, there is a giant monster in a thick fog hovering over my house." Yeah, right! But just as I was debating with myself as to what to do a weird flash of light came from the other side of the fog! In the light, I saw...Is that...Ms.Akemi???
Homura P.O.V.
I followed the miasma by myself tonight. Afterall Tomoe was busy analyzing the rest of the town and Kyoko went with Sayaka to investigate on foot. I wasn't expecting the wraith to park itself right on top of Madoka's home. Or, at least what used to be Madoka's home. Wait...is that Tatsuya? It is!! He looks like he's just standing there; why won't he move??? *sigh* I suppose I'll need to save him for now. I can erase his memories later. I went down with my bow in hand ready to fight the wraith. Tatsuya screamed, "Ms.Akemi, LOOK OUT!!!" The wraith was sending his minions straight at me as I was falling to the ground so I shot them with my arrows quickly and landed safely. Wait...How did Tatsuya...Can he see the wraith? Tatsuya ran at me and said, "What's going on, what's that monster, and what are you wearing???!!!" It became apparent to me that Tatsuya could see the wraith clearly, but we didn't have time to discuss that. I just said, "We'll talk later." The wraith was getting angry and the miasma was getting thicker, "Find a safe place to hide for now." The wraith sent a flurry of minions at me and blew the ice out of its mouth, naturally, I stopped time and sent a flurry of arrows coming from several different directions, which seemed to solve the problem. Afterward, Tatsuya looked at me with a sense of amazement and shock. The question as to how Tatsuya was able to see the wraith was yet to be answered, so I simply said to him: "I'll answer your questions later, but right now you need to come with me." Tatsuya was able to get up, but he didn't say anything. He just followed me as we walked to Tomoe's house.
???: That was very interesting...maybe he can help us...
3rd Person Narrative
Sunday 9:40 Tomoe residence (Homura had called Mami, Sayaka, and Kyoko and asked them to meet up)
"Oh. You all got here before me." Said Homura, slightly bewildered.
"Yeah, Yeah. Is there a reason as to why you called us all over here on such short notice, and why is that kid here?" said Kyoko, who seems to be quite annoyed with everything.
Mami called Homura and said, "I thought that this was going to be a private conversation."
Homura replies: "Yes, it is. He needs to be here for the conversation." (Sayaka was just eating off to the side.) "Alright!" Homura said to grab everyone's attention. "There's something I need to discuss with all of you and it involves Tatsuya."
Homura and Tatsuya sat at the triangle table.
"Hey, what gives?" Said Sayaka. "Why's Tatsuya here?"
Homura simply said, "There's something special about him."
Hold on. Tatsuya held his hand out, palm first and said: "Before we begin talking about what just happened, I need to know what exactly is going on and what you guys are."
Tatsuya stared at everyone in the room until a small messenger came through the window.
"They're magical girls" It was Kyubey, walking in nonchalantly, "Magical girls are being of hope who fight the beings you know as wraiths in exchange for a single wish, to which, after the wish is granted, they are given magical powers."
Tatsuya was very confused. "What are you??? Magical Girls?? Wish?? Wraith??"
Mami, surprised that Tatsuya could see Kyubey interjected: that's Kyubey, he makes contracts to magical girls. To be a magical girl, you need to make a wish, and when you do you fight wraiths. Beings who take control of people's emotions.
Tatsuya said, " Wait, so all of you are Magical Girls?" Everyone nodded in unison. "and the thing that was just over my house was a wraith?"
Mami got up and said: Wait a moment, you can see them? Everyone stares at Tatsuya, puzzled.
"That's what I wanted to talk to you all about," said Homura. "He seems to be able to see them clearly." Homura looks at Tatsuya "do you know why?"
Tatsuya looked at Homura like he was still processing everything said "No, I have no idea what's going on"
Sayaka interrupted "what do you think Kyubey?" Kyubey says he has no leads at present.
Still having no idea what's going on, Tatsuya decides to leave. It was 11:00 PM at the moment, which was way later than he was hoping to get home. Tatsuya exchanged phone numbers with Mami, Kyoko, and Sayaka and then left the apartment.
Tatsuya P.O.V.
11:00 PM road to Kaname Residence
I still have no idea what those monsters were, but I can see them, only magical girls should be able to see them and I'm no magical girl. Why is this happening right now???
???: do you mind if I offer you a proposition?
Huh? Who said that?!
???: don't worry, I have no intention of hurting you.
A person from the shadows appears in front of me and I felt a little chill go down my back. "Who are you?" I said.
???: My name is Fujioka, Fujioka Emiko. I have a little proposition for you.
A girl who looks about my age with black curly hair, long black sleeves with a skirt and white shoes appeared from the shadows and said:
Fujioka: are you interested in joining the B.O.M.I.?
