Chapter 4

Veenoritaa's Pov

Since, I came here, I always woke up earlier than usual. I really miss the way my dad wake me every morning. *Sighs*

'What's with the pout in this early morning?' Tikki asked.

'Miss my family.' I sigh taking the towel before walking to he bathroom to shower.

'Oww!' A painful whine escaped from my mouth.

'What happened?' Tikki quickly came toward me who is already whining in pain.

'I...I hit my p..pinky.' I groan. I swear, this is the most painful yet annoying thing that should never happen to anyone. Even my enemy because hitting your pinky on something really hurts like hell.

'Aish, you should have been more careful.' She said worriedly.

'I'm really clumsy.' I sigh as I lay on the floor lazily.

'What's on your mind?' She asked.

'I told you, I miss my family.' I sigh looking at the white ceiling.

'I don't think, that's there only reason you look pissed off.' She said. That's it, she got me.

'Hmm, yes. There's another reason.' I sigh as I sit up from the floor and look at her.

'Who?' She asked.

'Tikki, should I just resign my work and go back to Busan?' I asked. She widen her eyes in shock.

'What? Just because of him you want to give up?' She asked. I sigh.

'He remember me Tikki.' I groan.

'So what? That's not a big deal.' She said.

'It is a big deal. I told you right what he said yesterday.' I said as I stood up from the floor. I hiss a little when I felt a little pain on my pinky.

'But running away from a problem is also not going to make it better.' She said. I stayed silent for a while and look at her.

'You are right.' I said.

'Don't worry much. I'm here to protect you. No one can harm you, Veenoritaa.' She said and hugged my face. I giggle while wrapping my palm around her small figure.

Time skipped

'Okay, I think this looks perfect.' I sigh as I take a look at the mirror. Every day, I had to face the same problem, to choose an office attire for the day. Then, I started to brush my hair. After everything is done, I took my small side bag and backpack while walking downstairs.

'Are you not eating?' Tikki asked.

'No, I'm not hungry. I'll just go for a banana drink.' I said as I grab a banana drink from the fridge.

'I'll help you lock the door.' She said and tried to lock the door. I giggle when she struggled to lock it since the key is a little big for her to hold with her small hands. (Lol, I'm sorry. I'll explain about Tikki very soon to all of you..)

'Hey there, high heels! We met again today.' I sigh.

I hope you will be good to me today. Please, don't repeat anything like yesterday.' I literally begged the high heels. Lol, I know it won't reply me but somewhere on the corner of my heart. I really do wish it will reply me with an okay.

'Finally, I'm done.' Tikki said after a having a battle with the door lock and the key. I chuckle as I took the key from her.

'Tikki, lets go.' I said after done wearing the sneakers and not forgetting the high heels its already inside my bag.
