Hmm... well for breakfast, I didn't really eat anything. I hardly do unless it's a school day.
For lunch I had to be at work so I had the dollar cup of ramen and some dark chocolate (good for the skin), but I hardly ever eat ramen so it was kind of a treat.
For dinner we had thanksgiving leftovers, so you can imagine everything involved there.
For snack I had some cranberry salad (literally tastes like the melted mix of fruit and liquid leftover after a banana split 🥰) and a piece of apple pie that my mom made with stevia instead of sugar, and a granola topping. So even though it seemed like an unhealthy day, all of the thanksgiving stuff was sugar and salt free, and the dessert was made to be healthy and hearty. My lunch was the only exception.
