ahh i'm sorry i made the rules so complicated i thought they were straightforward :///

but please make sure if you start voting for a team you finish ranking the whole team. already there's been some issues where just one remember gets ranked. the purpose of doing the whole team is so that all the votes match up at the end so i really need you to do the whole team.

so when you vote, make sure that if all the inline comments started at say "10", when you're done, there's for example "11" comments by everyone's name on the team. otherwise you missed someone and i will go through and delete all your votes for that team 😔😔

also please don't make me have to go through and play guess at who didn't rank correctly because it takes a long time and i feel bad for deleting votes :((

oh also i'm not sure if some people started ranking and planned to finish later, but if you did that i deleted your votes so the in lines would match up for the next people that to vote so it's easier for them!

so you will have to vote again unfortunately.

also, for people you tag, they don't have to vote every team if they don't want. it's just if you rank one person in the team you have to rank the whole team.

but if you are a trainee you have to rank every single team.

（230620）— UPDATE / RANT (sorry)

ahhh i so hate to do this, but it's getting really frustrating with the amount of people that are leaving this applyfic. i get that it's partially my fault for being so sporadic about updates, but i feel like i give a fair amount of time for everyone to at least check in? i get that life happens, and that this applyfic has been going on for a really long time now, but it's very hard to juggle a bunch of trainees without admins right before an elimination.

it's also not fair to the people adopting to try and make up for all the voting that they've missed.

i feel like there also in general just isn't the same amount of interest in adoptions anymore so i'm really torn on if i should just eliminate the trainees without admins [ which is sad to me because some of them had stories that will never be finished now, sigh ].

anyway, voting ends officially in a few hours ~ so i'll be writing the next episodes soon — also please, if you haven't don't your active check speeches PLEASE do them. they don't even have be that long... just two sentences each is fine.

so it's now 1 am for me and i've been thinking about what to do about this situation all day... i guess if there's anyone who wants another trainee / knows someone who likes to adopt, pm me i guess and i can let you know what the best idea would be. there actually are a couple of higher ranked trainees without admins rn (ughJhHj).

also if you can't be active and haven't told me yet, you don't have to spare my feelings. i'd rather know now than have to tag you repeatedly every day to no response.

i'm happier news !! i'm almost finished choosing songs for the next mission — i was just wondering — for any trainees who've read this far (to those who did, you deserve a prize... 5000 extra bonus votes perhaps), what skill you intend to choose (vocal, rap, or dance)

the time limit for active check two is officially over,,, but i'm missing quite a few still (if you've been tagged on the chapter i'm missing it). almost all of the people that haven't turned it in have been active though,,,, so please turn it in as soon as possible!!

i'm going to start working on re-evaluations tomorrow,,,, and if i don't have an active check for you i unfortunately, automatically will have to move you to a low grade.

sooo.... i've actually added four more slots (new company— fnc entertainment) because there seemed to be a couple more people interested in joining and also because the evaluation performances i want to use for the second mission don't go evenly into thirty no matter what i do (initial oops on my part) !! so~~~ five more slots to fill now! i do intend to publish the second part of episode one still soon however! xx arden

we're in the home stretch now! i'm posting the profiles in five member batches (as you've probably discerned by now)~~ and i hope you like the profiles so far. i'm hoping to fill the last spots (fingers crossed 🤞) in the next few days to get a couple episodes out before my winter break ends. so if you know anyone that might want to join, please tag uwu. also same rule about tagging earning votes still applies as per the 30112019 update. happy holidays!! xx arden

i think i'm going to decrease the number of trainees from 45 to 30 because i think that it will be easier for me to organize and give everyone screen time! also because progress is slow and i think that this applyfic will probably doesn't die off by the time we get to 45. anyway! trainee profiles will go up soon, so look forward to that!

couple updates so first we have thirteen trainees so far *pauses for round of applause for the lovely appliers* and i'll start posting profile once we get to twenty! as i've done with previous applyfics, for everyone you tag i'll tag on votes for the first round (extra if they join) and i'll be posting a detailed plan of the votes + training in the coming weeks.

also another note, i'm tempted to change the book to 'project chatoyer' even though i said initially i wasn't going to.... because i feel like it makes it sound more like a survival show 😂 opinions?
