Louis Tomlinson is on a desperate search for a boyfriend and, somehow, his best mate, Niall, convinces him of the dumbest idea of his life. That's how Louis meets Harry.
"Is there any gay, single men in here?" I'm swaying back and forth on my feet a...
Today's the day. I have my date with Harry today. I'm so nervous I barely know how to breath correctly at this point.
I spend about 300 hours trying to figure out what to wear, how to style my hair, practicing what to say and do in the mirror. You can call me a dumbass, but I even sat down and rehearsed how to eat properly, that's how excited I am for this. I'm so used to just eating with Niall, and he eats like a pig, so I do the same, and there's no harm, but I really want to impress Harry.
I'm picking Harry up at his house at seven, and then we're going out to eat at a restaurant I found online. I really wanted to come up with something special and creative, but I could literally not think of anything, so restaurant it was. I do have a plan for afterwards though, but I'll only use that if the date is going really well. Which I'm crossing my fingers it will.
After trying on at least 10 different outfits I finally pick out something a little more casual since I told Harry he shouldn't go overboard with clothing tonight either. I don't want this to seem uptight and professional, I just want it to be me and him hanging out and being ourselves.
I decide on black skinny jeans, a white band t-shirt and a denim jacket along with white sneakers.

I wash my face and style my hair with a little bit of gel before I grab my car keys and walk to the front door. I lock the door once I'm outside and head for my car. I take a deep breath before I get into it and start driving towards Harry's house.
My hands are sweating against the steering wheel and I can't control my breaths, but I manage to get to Harry's house by seven o'clock. I pick up my phone and write out I short text before I get out of my car so I can greet Harry when he walks out.
Louis: I'm here :)
Within a minute the front door is opened and out steps the sight that is Harry Styles. He takes my breath away at first and I quickly clutch my chest when he turns around to lock the door.
He's wearing black, ripped skinny jeans, a leopard print shirt and a long coat along with black boots.

He smiles lightly as he walks down towards me and my heart flutters at the sight. I smile back and as he reaches the car we embrace each other in a hug. I can smell his cologne as we hug and may I just say, wow. I can't help but sniff the smell in a little before we both step back from the hug and smile warmly at each other.
"Hi." He speaks after a couple of moments where we both just take in the sights of one another.
"Hi." I answer slowly, still taking in the fact that I'm about to go on a date with this real, gay, good-looking guy. Without realizing I start speaking again and the words 'you look great' slip out of my mouth.
"Not so bad yourself." He grins. I open the passenger door for Harry to get in the car and he smirks at me as he does so. "What a gentleman."
I try biting back a smile but it's practically impossible. I close his door and go to my side of the car before getting in myself and starting the engine.
"So, where are you taking me?" Harry asks excitedly.
"I found a restaurant in the other side of town and I think it's supposed to be good, but I've never been."
"Oooh, already excited then. And hungry, so don't be surprised if I eat a lot of food." He smiles shyly at me.
"Oh, I should say the same to you." I smirk back at him so he knows that I really don't care if he eats a lot. That won't change my opinion on him, and it's good to know that we aren't holding back and I don't have to order a salad to seem healthy. Because I sure as fuck am not.
The conversation flows smoothly from there and I'm so relieved that there aren't any awkward pauses where we don't know what to say. I feel very comfortable in Harry's presence and it's a very weird feeling I've never experienced before, but I quite like it. There are no limits to what our conversations are about, and Harry's very easy to talk with.
