The truth

I woke up that day on hard knocking on my door. I quickly ran towards the door and opened it to find nearly the whole town in front of me.
" what's going on ? " I said.
" Emma we were right, we were cursed " said my mum.
" w- what ? "
" A true love's kiss broke the curse, where the hell is Regina ? " asked David.
I pointed to her office confused and not understanding anything. My dad pushed the door and entered the house so the whole crowd followed him to Regina's office.
" Whoa this door is there to knock on " said Regina.
" we are all awake " he said.
Regina stood there for a while shocked and saying nothing. She looked at me worried.
" who broke it ? " she asked.
" that doesn't matter, what really matters is that you are under arrest, evil queen "
My dad shouted at her and then he took her to the police station and put her in jail.
I can't even decide how confused I am. It seems like everyone is angry at her and everyone understands what's going on except me. I went to my mum to try to find answers to my questions.
" mum " I said.
" Emma " she said while putting her hands on my shoulder.
" I need to understand what's going on "
She went to her bed and brought a book called Once upon a time then she asked me to open it. I was confused then as soon as I hold it with my hands I felt a shake in my whole body and I saw memories that didn't happen to me.
" Emma are you okay ? " my mum asked.
" it's true, she is the evil queen and you are snow white and prince Charming " I said shocked.
I sat down trying to process what's going on in my life at that moment. Then I remembered Regina and I asked my father to let me talk to her. He refused at the beginning for how dangerous she is then he agreed to let me see her after my mum asked him to.
I went to the station and my dad was there as he was the sheriff.
I entered the station to find Regina sitting there in the cell looking upwards.
" dad can you please leave us alone ? " I asked.
He did as I asked him and left the place.
" Emma " she said in a low cracked voice.
" should I say Regina or the evil queen now ? "
" it's Regina. Regina Mills that you loved and she loved you back "
" you lied to me "
" about what ? I cursed that curse 10 years ago! I have changed Emma, I am not this person anymore "
" I don't even know what to tell you. How could you do this to the people ? How could you do all these awful things ? "

" I saw the book, when I touched it I knew everything "
" huh snow white's daughter " she said.
" do you remember when I tried to resist you at the very beginning when you came here ? When we kissed ? I was resisting you because you were their daughter. I knew that one day the curse will be broken. The only real thing that happened is that I loved you, I really did "
I looked at her with eyes full of sadness and anger. I didn't know what to do or how to react.
" Emma, Henry probably knows everything by now. Please take care of him, and don't tell him that I was too bad "
" he probably knows Regina "
" yeah, right " she said then I heard her laughing.
I looked at her trying to understand what was happening with her.
" It was Gold. Gold is taking his revenge on me " she said. " I want you to know that there was only one true thing in all this, I loved you, I really did "
" how do you expect me to believe you now ? " I asked with a sad face
" you don't have to " she said
I walked towards the cell and stood in front of it. I grabbed her head and placed my lips on hers roughly. She kissed me back.
" I will miss this " she said.
" what will they do to you ? " I asked.
" they will probably kill me to let you all live in peace. Em, take care of my son please "
" I won't let them do this to you "
" I am afraid there is nothing you can do my dear " she said while putting her hand on my cheek. " take care of my son, don't tell him I was a bad person "
I was about to talk but suddenly my dad and mum came in and looked at me.
" Emma " said my mum.
" mum "
" you have to go home dear, our home " she said while looking at Regina.
" what will happen to her ? " I asked with a worried look.
" why do you care " asked my dad.
" she is my wife ! "
" she is evil and she is a killer, she is not the person that you thought she was when you married her " said my dad
" All what I saw from her was kindness and love "
" you saw nothing "
" Emma " I heard her beautiful voice.
" Gina " I ran towards her cell.
" Go home "
" I can't leave you "
" babe you have to "
" don't call her that ! " said my mum.
" Gina I love you, I know you are a great person "
" And that's all what I need " she said while putting her hand on mine.
" you will go to the court tomorrow morning in order to get what you deserve " said my dad.
I looked at her. How can this beauty be evil ? How can this woman that I used to sleep hugging her be a killer ? I know it's true but I just believe her, she has changed.
" Emma go home right now " said my dad.
" See you tomorrow in the court Em " Regina said with sad eyes.
I went out of the station and my mind was blurred. How can life change in a moment ? Regina ? My wife ? is a killer ? She is actually the evil queen who murdered and tortured a lot of people and my mum comes in the front line. I walked home trying to figure out how will everything go right now. I avoided talking with my parents or to everyone. Everyone in town was talking about Regina and they were figuring out their real characters and asking about each other. I am confused. I love her, I love my wife, But that wife is a killer. I was so tired that I slept in my clothes without even taking a shower or changing my clothes.
