I tossed my debit card to the counter and swiped it, then signed. the lady smiled kindly and handed me back my black and white Gucci bag that has my new purse and belt inside it.

I thanked the lady and then walked out of the store to join Maddison who sat outside the store on a bench, her bag also flung by other shopping bags of many different sizes and color combos.

"finally," she rolled her eyes, standing up as we continued our walk around the mall.

my phone beeped and I glanced at it. Mattia had texted into the groupchat. I put my phone on vibrate and put it inside the first pocket of my lavender-colored purse. Maddison then pointed to a Forever21 store.

of course, I agreed to go in since it was my favorite clothing store ever. I followed my brunette best friend into my favorite store, a smile plastered on her face. Maddison had always been the prettier looking out of the two of us making my self-esteem even lower.

"that'd look cute on you." as I slide up next to her, holding up an off the shoulder plain white top.

"yeah, you are right. that's cute." I smiled, my phone buzzing inside my purse once again.

a few shirts, bottoms and hoodies later, we paid for our new stuff and made our way to my car. opening the door to my Mercedes Benz C class, I threw my bags into the back and started driving out of the parking lot.

I threw my phone into the cup holder compartment, getting a glance at all the notifications coming from the groupchat. I silently rolled my eyes.

Maddison took the aux cord and plugged it into the bottom of her phone, she started to play some Ariana Grande songs that appeared on her Spotify playlist of 'BEST SINGERS'.

we stopped at a Starbucks drive-thru, both of us getting a Grande Iced Caramel Macchiato. we pulled into my long driveway and I parked at the end of it. grabbing our belongings, we both shut our doors and headed inside my house.

I threw my keys in the bowl by the door, walking through the massive entryway and past my shining, large staircase.

"I never fail to envy your jersey house. and the fact that you have one in California... like what even girl" Maddison smiles beside me, setting her bags down on the floor near the couch that she's sitting on. (a.n: right now, Analise is visiting her aunt in jersey with Maddison!)

"Me too. Also I don't know lol" I laughed, my white vans tapping against the stairs as I went to put my bags up in my bedroom.

"Do you wanna order authentic Italian food?" Maddison shouts from the bottom of the stairs, as I placed all of my bags onto my clean and purple bed. 

"Sure," I yelled back, "You know my usual."

I joined her in the living room, Maddison already under a blanket, calling out our favorite nearby Italian restaurant. I put The Bachelorette onto the flat screen, starting on the episode we had left on.
