That's when I first started writing the notes for this story.
So after planning for fifteen chapters, writing twenty-five and one epilogue, here we are.
There's a quote that I saw on Tumblr a while ago. Actually, there's a bunch of quotes that I saw.
And don't forget these gems too:
I have never resonated with anything more in my entire life with those two quotes while writing this story.
Uh... how did I come up with this story...? Honestly, I didn't intend to write any fanfiction at all. I was firmly adamant that I would remain "retired," but there was a little bit of a "maybe I could do something with Sungjoy..." that floated about in my head.
So I decided to write down my notes first, see where it would go from there.
WHAT A MISTAKE.
I had fifteen chapters planned out in two days. 17 pages of notes. I was so excited to write it, but I had a small nagging feeling at the back of my mind because I was notorious for not finishing my fics. If you can find my old fanfiction profile, I have like... five or more stories there that I haven't updated because I just lost interest.
I didn't want to write this story because I was afraid that the cycle might repeat itself, but the urge was too strong.
It wasn't until I was around... three chapters into writing that I decided to message Lisa, one of my old "editors" from way back in high school and tell her I was writing again. To my delight, Lisa knew of Sungjoy as well and was excited to read this story. So thanks Lisa, that's one person that I was sure of who would enjoy my story.
