Chapter 3

(Norah's POV)

I woke up to see that... What was his name? Oh right! Niall was gone and it was just me in my little room now.

Just as I awakened, a doctor came in the room and started poking on a bunch of machines.

"Uhhh, what are you doing?"

I guess he was startled cause he jumped a little and turned around.

"Oh! Hi Norah I'm Doctor McAndrews! I didn't realize you were awake or else I would have said hi!"

"Nah it's fine but what are you doing?"

He started telling me what this machine did and how this machine would make this noise and I was getting really bored.

Once he finished I just sort of thanked him and he walked outta my room.

Just as he walked out, my mom came in.

"How are you feeling Norah?"

"Mom, honestly I'm fine. can you not ask me that every time you see me?"

She just sat down and took out her phone and started playing Candy Crush so I guess she didn't hear me.

Then I felt a pain in my leg and everything went black again, but I could still hear voices.

"Somebody help! She just blacked out again!"

"Get her to the operating room.... STAT!"

"Dude, isn't that Norah?"

That was a new voice. All of them I'd heard before except that one. It sounded like Niall's except it had more of a British accent.

"Yup... I was hoping this wouldn't happen again."

That was Niall's I knew it. But what I didn't understand was that he said happen again?
