Why did you save me?

Chapter 2

I groggily sat up as I woke up from a strange dream.

"Ow what the hell?!"

"Norah, honey is that you?"

I recognized the sound of my mom's voice and I whimpered in pain as I looked down at my right leg. It had many stitches and was wrapped in a soft cloth.

"So it wasn't all just a super bad dream?" I asked my mother, scared of the answer.

"N- no. I'm sorry honey. Do you need anything?"

"Just one question. Why am I still alive?"

"I nice young man jumped in and saved you from the shark. He said his name is Niall and he looked about your age. He is coming in soon so you can meet him!"

"Yeah when?" I asked. I wanted to see my savior and asked him how he did it and thank him for saving my life.

"Right now if you want him to." my mom sure made me giggle sometimes.

"Sure I guess."

After that my mom ran out to get him. I was excited but scared at the same time. Just than a very handsome man walked in and smirked.

I guess he saw that I was carefully prodding at my leg to see if it hurt.

"Norah honey don't do that you will hurt yourself!" my mom warned.

"Oh I um.... Well what ever I'm Norah and you must be....?"

"Oh yeah sorry I'm-I'm Niall sorry."

Then my mom walked out of the room to leave us alone.

"Hi Niall I just wanted to thank you and if you wanna you can sit down."

"Oh thank you. I was really scared when I saw you fall in!"

I looked him in his beautiful blue eyes. They were just so so gorgeous! Every thing about him was.

"Why did you save me?"

"What?"

"Why did you save me?" It was the one question that wouldn't leave my mind.

"Oh well I don't know why would I save you! You are just so pretty. I couldn't let a pretty girl die!"

I felt my cheeks get red. Why did they just get red?! I know it sounds weird blurting this out but I think I might be in love with a boy I just met!

"How did you do it I mean weren't you scared?"

"Well with out thinking I jumped into the water and punched the shark in the nose once or twice. Just like that he let go of you and swam off. I grabbed you by your waist and hoisted you up onto the boat. Almost would have got eaten if it weren't for your brother Kian!"

"Wow I-I thank you!"

(Niall's POV)

"Its ok it was..." I stopped talking as I realized that she had fallen asleep. I got up from the chair I was sitting in and went up to her bed. As I put my hand on hers, she stirred and I stepped back a bit.

Then I did something I never thought I would do, I kissed her! And may I say it was a good kiss too! She looked up and opened her eyes a bit.

"Don't stop kiss me again!"
