Little Dawn to Wolf

Chapter 7

Yuki sat up and stretched- yawned- then she walked to her closet. She could feel the bags under her eyes as she dragged her feet slowly across the hard-wood floor. The image of the large black wolf popped up in her mind, his glowing red eyes that pierced into her soul. The way his ears went straight on her, showing that every bit of his attention was on her. The look in his eyes when she turned away and ran into the forest, like he was pleading that she came back. They became glossy within seconds as he whined quietly to himself.

But for some odd reason she couldn't turn around and run to him. She couldn't accept him. Why? Honestly, Yuki kinda of wanted to love him and claim him. But something was pulling her away and telling her no. Not to turn around, not to look him in the eyes, and not to say yes. But what was it?

She didn't understand, but something she did understand was that she said no. And she would have to stick to her word. So she wouldn't accept him and she wouldn't even think about him. His beautiful shiny coat and bright eyes. She wouldn't think about his sweet scent that still drew her in.

Yuki looked in the mirror of her bathroom. Her skin was pale- extremely pale- and she had large bags under her eyes. Her lips where dry and chapped and her hair was a mess. For some odd reason she looked like she lost five pounds.

"Iris? You ok?" Yuki asked worried. Iris was hunched over looking straight to the ground. Yuki couldn't see her eyes, Iris looked skinnier and her fur was longer and more a gray color. Iris looked up, Yuki gasped.

Her eyes where like a cat's eyes. Glowing green with that sling crease through the middle. Her teeth where pearly white and sharp and her fur had grown to be curly and silky.

"How did you do it?" She asked. Yuki looked confused, "Do what?" "Change me? Change you? Change us?" Iris asked, her held no emotion. "You healed me, but how?" Yuki simply stared. "I-I don't know..." She stuttered. Iris stood up, her chest was plump with fur and her head stood higher than it ever had.

"Well you did, some how. But we'll focus on that later, right now I need you to fix yourself up." Her voice roared with dominance. Yuki looked surprised but didn't say anything. "Fix your hair and put on some cream for your face. Then put on some makeup and a good outfit. Because we are going out!" Iris said with a smirk.

Yuki smiled weakly and nodded, she jumped into the shower and used her honey scented shampoo and conditioner. After a nice cold shower (she likes cold showers more than warm) she washed her face with a special routine Iris had given her. Then she put on a white crop-top and a pair of white leather shorts and white converse. Leaving her hair alone (silver/gray).

When Yuki was about to talk out the door Iris yelled, "Wait!" Yuki stopped confused. "Jewelry." Yuki nodded with a frown and went to her closet. She put on earrings that where white crosses, then she put on a white tongue ring and a white hat. Looking in the mirror Iris nodded with a smile.

Yuki dragged her feet across the door and forced her hand onto the door knob. It was like someone had tied strings to her body and was trying to control her body. She sighed, "Do we really have to go? Can't we wait til tomorrow?" Iris growled, "No! We have to go today!"

Yuki remembered how she had dominance and didn't have to listen to Iris. She jerked her hand off of the knob and furrowed her eyebrows. "Well I don't wanna go. And that's it." She said with the most serious voice she could muster up. Iris didn't whine, she didn't even flinch. But she sat there with that same smirk on her face.

"Fine. But the West Wolves Pack will visiting today, where your mate will most likely be waiting." Iris said. Yuki froze but rolled her eyes, "I can always just reject him. Within the snap of my fingers." She mumbled. Iris was running out of ideas, she needed to get Yuki out of the house.
