Henley woke up at 9:00 today and was supposed to be up at 8:00 because that's the time she had to go to work. So as she rushed out of the house to get in her car, she remembered that the place she worked at would be close because they had to further investigate the crime, she also realized that she didn't have a car to get around
"Ughh" Henley grunted in frustration. She didn't know what she was going to do because she really needed to go grocery shopping and she didn't have a car to take her where she wanted to go. It also was raining outside so she didn't want to catch a cab or the metro bus.
Henley went back inside her 2 bedroom apartment that only consisted of her and her dog named midnight, He was a black chow chow dog that she got for her twenty third birthday as a gift to herself. Her dog was her best friend that she told everything to even though he couldn't talk somehow she knew he understood her.
Henley couldn't live without food so she called a uber to take her to the closest grocery store. Henley was always paranoid person and driving with a uber a person she didn't know freaked her out so she didn't want to choose a store that was far from her home. She didn't know why she was such a paranoid person it could have been from all the scary movies she loved to watch and her criminal minds obsession she couldn't get enough of that show. She sometimes found herself binge watching episodes even though she finish the entire show months ago it was just that good of a show to her.
Henley was walking through the store not watching where she was going because she was looking at her list of the things she needed to get.
"Watch where the fuck your going" the man said as Henley shoulder hardley brushed against his
"No, maybe next time stay out my fucking way" Henley said, she know it was her fault that she brushed into him but he could have been a little nicer about it she thought. That is why she said what she did. She knew she had a mouth on her and tried hard to control it sometimes, but she was not the person to let people say anything they wanted to her.
The man just smirked and walked away not before giving her a once over. Henley just glared at him, the man was pretty tall about six feet she thought, with brown hair that was the color of milk chocolate he was an average looking man. She maybe would have found him slightly attractive if it wasn't for his nasty attitude.
She continued to shop for the things she needed to get but she couldn't shake off the fact that someone was watching her. So she sped up her pass, she wasn't about to stay in that store any longer then she knew she had to.
As henley arrived home her dog greeted her with happy barks.
"Hey midnight" Henley greeted him back why ruffing his fur up a bit.
