Someone across the street came outside to leave not paying attention to what was going on on the other side of the street. The noise of them starting the car was what brought Henley back to realization. Now out of her shocked state but still frightened, she found the courage to go back in the building and call the police.
When the officer arrive Henley finally went outside to talk to them and to tell the officer's where the seen was located at. She just told them the directions of where her car was because she didn't want to see or smell that again. Henley and her boss wasn't that close but it was still sad and terrifying to see her boss like that. Her boss was a 48 year old male, skinny built and was about five feet eleven. He wasn't that tall but was tall enough to not be able to feet in her trunk comfortably. So to see a five feet eleven male squished and bloodied up in her little white Kia was a sight she didn't want to ever see.
About two hours pass and more people were there to see the crime but Henley was nowhere in sight. She had left about and hour ago after the officer said that they would not need her there and she was welcome to go home. They had asked her if she had wanted to go to the station to tell them her statement but Henley told them she would do it tomorrow. All she wanted to do was get under the covers of her bed and to dream the day away. What happened today was way too much for her.
