Tears streamed down Alan's face as he watched his one and only favorite lead singer, Austin Carlile, sing Let Live. He gripped at the metal gate that kept him a part from him, and his breath caught in his throat as he watched the tattooed man fall down to his knees, hunched over and holding back his sobs.
No one really knew who Alan Ashby was. Alan liked to keep to himself most of the time and only liked to watch from the side lines. He tried to go to every Of Mice & Men concert he could, practically blowing off his banking account, being broke and living with his parents at the age of 21. He just wanted to be noticed by Austin, the man who really only understood him through his lyrics.
Alan's dream was to finally meet the man of his dreams and finally tell him how much he meant to him, but who knew that it would actually lead them both on the adventure of a life time when Alan takes a leap of faith and climbs over the gate, yelling Austin's name.
When the tattooed man looks up and into Alan's eyes, the ginger could automatically feel how much his heart was racing. When Austin grabbed his hand and brought it to his lips...
