We were just getting out of school, when a midnight blue corvette drove in recklessly.

Whoever was driving the car, was picking up one of the students. The driver got out after stopping in front of the middle school. They yelled at a group of middle schoolers and sounded like a girl, "Dusty! Lucas! Mike! Will! Get over here."
"Y/n! You're actually here?!", a curly-headed brunette yelled surprised. The brunette ran up and hugged the driver.
"Yea, I am. I'm also going to the high school with Nance and Jonathan.", y/n said, happily. They hugged for awhile, obsessing over their car, and talking about what happened over the past years.
"That's so cool-shit!", the brunette yelled as I started walking over to them. When I got to them, they were standing behind the driver who was still turned around. The driver turned around and it was a girl. She wasn't smiling and I saw Max's red hair behind her. I tried maneuvering around the girl, but she would move into my path when I tried to get around her. "Max is visiting me, Billy. I'm y/n, Dustin's big sister. Touch any of them and I find out, you're dead."
Honestly the girl scares me. I looked at her rear view mirror and saw a lot of gold medals that had wrestlers on them, as well as a Women's Champion belt in the passenger seat. Okay, now she scares me a lot.
Y/n's POV
After awhile of talking, I took Dustin on drive around town. We drove over the speed limit and didn't get a ticket cause everyone loves me. After driving for awhile we stopped at the house to see mom.
When we left the house, we went to an abandoned field. I drove Dustin around in circles, until he yelled, "y/n! Stop! I'm gonna die!"
"Calm down jeez. Also if you get sick in my car, you're dead meat.", I threatened him. When I got bored, we decided to go to the mall and get ice cream, "Robin! Steve! How are y'all?"
"I'm good. Steve's fine, he also adopted Dustin, Lucas, Will, Max, Jane, and Mike.", she whispered.
"Really, Steve?! You had to adopt my kids?! WhY!", I asked, as my voice cracked. Before Steve could answer, someone had walked into the shop. I asked Robin a question, "What would be the best place to get a part-time job, girly?"
"Oh, either here or the town pool.", she replied thoroughly.
"Thanks, I'll leave you be after I talk with the manager about working here.", I told her quickly while heading to the back of the shop. When I got there, the manager was on the phone with someone. We spoke and I got the job after the interview, I start tomorrow.
Since it was close to the end of the school year, the town pool was open. I also applied at the pool to be a full time lifeguard. Since they didn't have an extra female lifeguard swimsuit, she told me to wear red and white or black.
