Baylee's POV:
I had just gotten on the train to Hogwarts! I was walking through the train to find a place to sit, but every compartment was full. Then I walked past a compartment that had one person in it. So I asked I could sit with him and he said sure. We ended up talking the entire train ride. I had found out that his name was Edward Lupin.
Eddy and I had already changed into our school robes. I thought I had heard Hagrid and then I saw him. He was screaming "The first year's come with me to the boats!" over and over again till we reached the boats then he was screaming " No more than 4 to a boat". But Eddy and I had a boat to ourselves.
Teddy Lupin POV:
I was sitting by myself till this stunning girl walked over and asked if she could sit with me and at first all I did was stare at her. Then my hair turned pink and her's did too. Since I said sure. I found out that her name is Baylee Potter and she's the daughter of Harry and Ginny Potter. I think I have fallen in love with this mesmerizingly stunning girl.
BAYLEE'S POV:
I was with the other First years when all of a sudden I was tripped. I had made a fool of myself. But luckily Eddie saw who tripped me. It was a boy with black hair and gray eyes. I found out later that his name was Ryder. Now we walked into the Great Hall.
"WOAH!!!!!!!" Eddie and I exclaimed at the same time along with the rest of the First years! We walked up to a hat on top of a stool. The hat looked really OLD!!!! (A/N LIKE OLDER THAN OLDY VOLDY)
Then a teacher dressed in a nice tux. I thought the teacher looked familiar then I realized that the teacher was my dad!!!!!!!!!!! He said " First years follow me, I'm going to be calling you up one by one and place the hat on your head and you will be sorted into your house! Regulus, Ryder"
"SLYTHERIN"
"Bones, Hannah"
" HUFFLEPUFF"
After her, I zoned out till I heard,
"Lupin, Edward"
Eddie walked up to the hat and sat on the stool and the hat was placed on his head.
" Gry- HUFFLEPUFF"
Then my dad said " Potter, Baylee"
" Humm tricky, tricky, but I know exactly where to put you. GRYFFINDOR"
The next thing I know I'm in the air sitting the middle of a set of twins' shoulders! While they have me on their shoulders their chanting "WE'VE GOT POTTER!!!!!" over and over again!
"WOW"! Everything looks... I'm speechless. It's all in gold and maroon! Before I know it I'm the only person left in the common room besides a boy that I recognized from the train. He walked up to me and said:" Hi my name is Carter and your Baylee right?" I couldn't say anything so I just nodded my head. Carter is so cute he has these icy blue eyes, blonde hair and his smile could make your heart melt. So apparently I was staring at the hunk named Carter. I ended up figuring out that I was staring I did what everyone else would do I ran to my dorm! I ended up falling asleep the second my head hit the pillow with Carter still on my mind the whole night.
*****Time skip******
I was on my way to the Great Hall for breakfast when I saw a Hufflepuff being bullied by none other than Ryder. Even though I had no clue who she was, she was in danger so being the Gryffindor I was I helped her out. So I walked up to Ryder and said"Hey jerk what did she do to you? Besides wanting to be your friend! But then again you seem like the person that goes to a party and sits by themselves. So....."
" Krista"
"So Krista let's get some breakfast!"
We left Ryder standing there and skipped into the Great Hall." 30 points to Gryffindor for helping a fellow student" one of the teachers announced.
"Thanks for helping me!" Krista said smiling ear to ear!
" Anytime!" Krista and I talked for the rest of breakfast! While we were talking my mind kept drifting to Carter who was sitting a few seats away from we were.
