We all looked up to see a vent above the contraption, I reached down into my left jacket pocket and clutched onto my screwdriver. I reached for the vent and unscrewed the vent slowly, I climbed inside and sat there. I grabbed my friends arms and slowly pulled them up one by one. We army crawled down the vents, slowly getting to the exit.
"How long 'til we get there?" Lilly whispered.
"I don't know but as long as we avoid them, and stay together, we'll be alright," I exclaimed.
"Makes sense," Lilly exclaimed.
They continued to army crawl in the vents, they didn't watch were they were going and slid down a different part of the vent.
"Uh is this the right way?" Lilly exclaimed while hugging her self.
"No so HOLD ONTO THE METAL!" I yelled as my voice echoed.
They gripped onto the platform of the vent where they were just at and slowly pulled there selves upwards onto the platform. The creatures levitated to them with evil smirks and bloodied up faces.
"Hello there," one of the creatures exclaimed.
"How aren't you guys hurting ya heads when your heads are right above the vents?" I asked.
The creatures grabbed a knife.
"Come here or else we shall see you DIE!"
"Fine we'll go with you," I said while in a panic.
"Okay follow us," the creature exclaimed.
The creatures levitated over to room as we followed. The room was filled with cages with bloodied animals inside. The animals had blood-stained knifes hanging from there paws. As if they were recently stabbed in the leg. The creatures clutched onto us and threw us into small a cage. Then they locked the door with a metal black key and threw it out the door, then left.
