Kate remained silent for a second .. * it was really her , she wasn't hallucinating *
Tam : Oh ! you look more tired than yesterday ..I checked on Josh by phone but something is up with you ! Are you alright ,Kate !?
Kate felt so tired that she could fall but angry in the same time : What the hell were you thinking !?
Tam : I'm here to check on you ! I left so early that I couldn't even tell you !
Kate : you're messing with my head , aren't you ?
Tam : Kate, no .. I'm not ! I just ....
Kate : to make me listen .. at least tell me why you disappear every time I need you the most .. even as a friend ! friends don't disappear like that !
Tam : I won't be able to tell you everything .. It's late already and I have to go home !
Kate : If you have to go again , then why are you here in the first place ? * Kate felt ashamed after those words like Tam's not welcomed in her house *
Tam remained quiet looking at Kate who said immediately : I'm .. I'm sorry ! let's talk inside !
Kate opened the door and tried to carry the box .. but it was kind of heavy and Kate didn't know what was in the box ..
Tam hurried : let me carry it !

Tam wanted to break the silence .. : Doctors say John's blood pressure came back to normal and he will wake up soon !
Kate said calmly as she was making tea in the kitchen : Yeah ! I know .. I mean, I hope so !
Then, she came back to sit next to tam who put the box in front of Kate !
Kate felt rude and pointed to the box: So, what's inside ?
Tam : Well , This is the reason why I disappeared today ! though, it's not the only reason ! but I wanted to make it up to you !
Kate opened the box to see parts of a telescope with the manual .. and looked at Tamara in shock !
Tam : What do you think ?
Kate : You're the only one who made me feel a million of things in the same time ! Now, I'm mad, amazed , tired ,hopeful and in ..
Tam asked : in .. ??
Kate retreated to herself quickly : in shock of course ! you remembered something I said while I was telling you about my childhood and how much I wanted to see across the space ! I didn't even care when I said it ... !
Tam said as she was getting close to Kate : I did !
Tam touched Kate's cheek while she was looking so gently in her ebony eyes : I'm sorry for leaving this morning without telling you .. I promise it won't happen again . I maybe a little confused about how to deal with my feelings for you and my life but I came running for you right after realizing that we deserve a chance .. so, even when I go back to Cape Town I'll come to see you till I settle down here with you !
Kate laughed in happiness with a shaky voice : promise ?
Tam Kissed Kate's lips so gently and said : promise !

Kate : see ! that's what I was saying ! I was so okay being happy with you for a week than to hope you'd keep a promise you already broke once you left the airport !
