Chapter 9: day 4

Yes I know I skipped day 3. I just didnt know what to have them do so I skipped to the day before the competition. Day 3 would really just be them practicing and stuff. Well here we go :3.

Gray and Juvia are up and ready for another day of practice and getting costumes. They make their way down to the lobby. They greet Jo and Juvia asks ,

"Can we use magic? In our performance?"

"Of course! This competition is open for mages too. Why wouldn't you use magic?!" ,Jo says in his enthusiastic voice.

"I'm not sure." ,Gray says.

"Gray-sama and Juvia will do our best !" ,Juvia says.

"Let's go practice Juvia." ,Gray says sternly.

"Hai Gray-sama!" ,Juvia replies.

They make they're way to the rink. They discuss how they are going to add magic into the routine.

"Oh Gray-sama! I forgot. What about our costumes?" ,Juvia says.

"Shit, I forgot too." ,Gray says.

So they plan to go look for one in a shop ,But now they are practicing. They glide to the slowish song (The Grey by Icon For Hire, Listen to it when they are preforming) they make it emotional. Juvia is the 'star' of the performance. They make it look like they are fighting. When they have everything figured out . Gray says, "That was fun, we should get going to find costumes."

"Hai. Gray-sama. Let's go!" ,Juvia says.

They walk to the street with a bunch of shops on it.

"Look Gray-sama! There's one with a snowflake on its logo lets look!" ,Juvia says.

"Okay." ,Gray says.

When they got to the shop (conveniently) it was an figure skating/hockey store . Juvia walks up to the clerk. "Hello. Do you have any figure skating costumes?" ,Juvia asks. The man points to a section with all the men and women costumes you could find. They begin looking for a good one. Juvia looks around. "Hmmmm... Pink... Green... Orange.. Purple.. Oh my goodness!" ,Juvia looks at the masterpiece in front of her. It was a beautiful costume it was an a little above the knee dress. It is royal blue with sparkles everywhere. It is long sleeve, one shoulder and on the shoulder it has a beautiful flower on it it has a little dew drops on it. Juvia squeals in excitement. "It's perfect! Look Gray-sama there is a matching men's outfit!" ,Juvia says.

"It looks like it's gonna be a tight costume on me." ,Gray says scoffing.

"Oh come on Gray-sama, all of the men's costumes are going to be tight. At least try it on. Come on!" ,Juvia begs.

"Tch. Oh alright ." ,Gray replies.

They go into the dressing rooms and try them on. Juvia looks at herself blushing. 'This is the very first time Juvia has faith that she looks beautiful.' ,Juvia thinks.

She walks out. She says , "Are you done Gray-sama?"

".....Yeah."

"Come out!" ,Juvia says.

"I look stupid." ,Gray replies.

"All men look stupid in those." ,Juvia retorts.

"I don't like the top part." ,Gray says.

"Then only wear the pants.. *blush* you are immune to the cold right?" ,Juvia says.

" yeah but wouldn't it be weird?" ,Gray asks.

"Not to Juvia " ,Juvia says.

"Well I guess just the bottoms will work." ,says Gray.

Gray comes out of the room and immediately blushes when he sees Juvia. "Woah." ,he says.
