Chapter 10: competition

Juvia woke up first and started to get dressed. 'Today is a big day!' ,Juvia thought in her head.

She got up and started jumping on the bed. "Gray-sama! Wakey Wakey!" ,says Juvia.

"Five more minutes!" ,Gray replies.

Juvia hit Gray with a pillow. Gray says, "alright that's it!" He got up and lifted up Juvia and pinned her on the bed. He didn't realize what position they are in and how close they are. He got up and hit Juvia with a pillow. "Gotcha!" ,he yelled. They broke out into a pillow fight.

"Alright, alright Gray-sama wins, " Juvia surrenders.

"Yes!" , says Gray with pride.

"Gray-sama and Juvia should go get something to eat," Says Juvia.

"I won't argue with that," Gray says.

Gray and Juvia get something to eat and lay around all day waiting until the competition. It was almost time so they started getting ready. Juvia did her makeup to match her outfit. She got her skates out sharp and ready. Gray only had to put the pants on and a bow tie otherwise he is shirtless.

~Time skip~

The competition is about to start Gray and Juvia go last out of 20 people so they just wait on the benches. They admire their work of the rink. It looks beautiful and the workers at the hotel hung paper snowflakes from the ceiling. There is special lighting. It was a fun mission ,but Gray and Juvia have to go home tomorrow. They are counting through all the performances. 1....... 2....... 3....... 4....... 5...... 6...... 7....... 8....... 9........ 10....... 11........ 12 ....... 13 ...... 14....... 15....... 16....... 17....... 18...... Then 19. 19 was the only real competition. They used some type of fire magic. They were really good Gray and Juvia started having doubts. It's their turn they both go up to the gate...

~To Lucy~

'When are they coming back? I miss Gray. I hope that Juvia doesn't mess with him. I know he likes me. Gosh I really hope she doesn't help him move on..' Lucy thought.

Lucy was worrying about Gray and Juvia hooking up the whole time. She realized that before she sounded like a bitch when she called Juvia a whore. Juvia is nakama and they have been getting closer. Even some of her spirits are close with Juvia especially Aquarius. Lucy will not give up on Gray so easily. She saw him first it's girl code. On the other hand, Juvia fell in love with him first. Gray likes Lucy so that's something right?

"Lucy are you alright? You seem deep in thought," says Erza.

"Huh? Oh I'm fine I just hope Gray and Juvia are coming home soon I miss them," Lucy says in reply.

"Oh, I guess I miss them too. I wonder if Juvia made any progress on their one-sided relationship. Gray and Juvia could be the best couple in the guild if Gray wasn't such a jackass," Erza explains.

Lucy just looks at Erza with a confused look. "What?" Says Erza.

"Nothing...(Lucy mumbles) Gray and I can be the best too."

"What was that Lucy?" ,Erza questions.

"Oh nothing!" ,Lucy exclaims with a blush on her face.

"LUCY LETS GO ON THIS MISSION!" ,Natsu screams across the room.

Before Lucy can protest Erza says, "I'm going too. We'll leave tomorrow."

"ITS A TONE OF JEWELS LUCE!" ,Natsu yells.

"She's going. Don't worry Natsu." ,says Erza.

'I guess I'm going too. I hope they get back the same day as me.' ,Lucy thinks.

"It may take up to a week." ,Says Erza after she reads the paper.

'Dammit' ,Lucy thinks.

~back to Gray and Juvia~

The music started playing and they skated out. They were holding hands combining their magic to make pretty shapes. Gray made places like ramps so they can do intricate tricks. Juvia would make shapes gray would connect them. They made it look so pretty. Girls were screaming when Gray turned towards them because of his attire. Over all Gray and Juvia had fun. They finish up by making a huge Fairy tail sign above them (like the Fantasia Parade). They spun around and then bowed everyone stood up, clapped, and screamed especially the girls.

~time skip~

Jo came up with an envelope and a microphone to announce the winners. Juvia and Gray held each others hands. Gray looked at Juvia and smiled.

Jo comes out and says,
"Thank you all for coming out here today! It's a pleasure to have you all here! Everyone did amazing tonight~! But we have a winner... And the winner is ..."

~Lucy POV~

I'm in the train now and Natsu is laying his head on my lap and he's almost throwing up, like always. Happy is sleeping on Erza's lap >.< lucky. I'm stuck with this idiot. Natsu slowly fell asleep.

"Luce.... I love..." ,Natsu mumbles.

What the hell is he talking about??

"Fried chicken.... Can you buy me some?" ,Natsu finishes. (Hehehe trololol)

No I won't !!

~back to the competition~

"And the winner is..... GRAY AND JUVIA!!!!" ,Jo finishes.

Gray and Juvia stood up and accepted their prizes. Now they can come here for free and with the guild. Get whatever they want without jewels!!! Yes!! Gray was so excited he picked up Juvia and aggressively made out with her (with her legs wrapped around his waist)

"Gray-sama ... What was that?" Juvia asked.

"Sorry I got excited.."

He put her down and they got their trophies and went to their room. Gray was turned on now......
