A day with Lisa

Chaeyoung's POV

Only 3 days left for my big day and I'm not even excited. I think Lisa is also on the same page. I never meet her after that meeting. Today we are going to buy wedding dresses together. Ugh..

Alice- Chaeyoung!!! Your future wife is here!!

Me- yes!! I'm coming.

I walked downstairs and saw her sitting in the living room talking with my parents. Another good acting huh?? Whatever... I rolled my eyes and went to them.

Me- good morning.

Mom- good morning Chae. I think you and Lisa should get going to shopping.

Lisa- alright. We will go now.

She stood up and bowed to my parents.

Me- oh and just call us mom and dad because you're going to be our daughter in law.

Lisa smiled shyly and nodded her head. I looked at her and scoffed. She's just being good in front of them, Chaeyoung. Remember that, she's the opposite when she is with you alone. I reminded myself and saw her already walked out of the house.

Me- see you later, mom dad.

I followed her out of the house. She entered her car and I thought she would be the gentleman type but what would right? She hates me. I entered the car and sat quietly.

Lisa- where should we go now?

Me- I don't know...

Lisa- wait... I think I noted what my mom said earlier in my iPad.

She unlocked her iPad and checked.

Me- good thing that you're smart enough to use gadgets to note things.

Lisa- should I take that as a compliment or you're just flirting me with those good words?

Me- it's just a compliment okay? If you're thinking I'm flirting then you're wrong.

Lisa- thanks for the compliment and oh.. I found it. We need to buy our wedding attires!!

She said cheerfully when she found out what she noted.

How cute!! Wwwait!! I shouldn't say that!! Wake up Chaeyoung!!

Lisa- yah!!

Me- w-what??

Lisa- I asked if you had your breakfast?

Me- no

Lisa- same here.. then let's go and grab our breakfast then we should start shopping.

She started driving. Being good to me now huh?? I can't understand you Lisa.

The car ride was full of silence. To break the ice Lisa started talking.

Lisa- so... uhm.. why did you agree to this marriage?

Me- I don't want to hurt my mom or your mom's feelings. What about you?

I answered and felt her staring at me.
Why are you staring at me? Please focus on the road.. ohmygod...

Lisa- ...me?? Because it's my mom's request... I don't want to make her sad.. and it's bad for any child to disobey there parents, right? So yeah..... alright we arrived. Lets go..

She said and went out of the car and I get out as well. We ate pancakes and drank coffee.

Me- thank you Lisa....

Lisa- okay... but you better treat me next time.

We headed to our next destination.

Lisa- come on!!

Why is she so nice to me? Is this the real her or she is just acting? Someone knocked at the window. Lisa.

Lisa- Yah!! Stop daydreaming and get out!! It's hot out here!!

I groaned and walked out. Then we entered at the boutique and greeted by a worker.

Worker- good morning Lisa and Mrs. Manoban.

Me- I'm Park--

Lisa- nevermind, you're going to be a Manoban by the way.

Lisa whispered in my ear that made me shivered. I smiled forcefully and nodded.

Worker- I'll assist you to the dress and suit section.

After we made it to the sections, I choose long sleeved V neck.

Me- Lili I'm going out!!!

I shouted from the dressing room. I went out and I saw her face. She looked so flustered and surprised.

Lisa- you called me lili? Is that a nickname for me??

Me- yes...

She smiled her cute smile. My heart beats faster as I saw her smile. Nononono... this is maybe an act.

Lisa- you're beautiful... take that.

Me- is this a compliment or are you trying to flirt with me?

I said those exact words she said to me earlier.

Lisa- asking the same question huh? But my answer is the... 2nd one.

She winked at me and I blushed hard.

Me- I'll take this.... what about you?

Lisa- you don't need to worry about me... I have already chosen mine... faster than you..

She smirked and went to the counter. She paid for everything.

Lisa- I paid for the things.. and it's time to go home.. yay!!!

She jumped up and down like a child.

Me- why are you so happy?

Lisa- I'm tired and I wanna sleep.

She pouted. OMG!! She so freaking cute. I looked away to calm my stupid heart. She sent me home and I thanked her. Actually it's fun to hang out with her. But I'm still thinking if she's just pretending or the other way???
