I woke up in my bed by the vivid flash of sunlight and stretch my arms up,
"What a good nights sleep", I said to myself and sat on my bed. Most royal about today, I didn't get a headache.
Feels nice. I didn't step outside of the room until I got ready. Sprinkle some perfume over my hoodie and all set.
As I opened my door cheerfully, another cheerful smile greeted me, but was annoying to me. I rolled my eyes annoyingly but he was blinking like the starlight.
"Seriously, can I just kick your dough face?", I asked sarcastically.
His smile faded. I pushed his chest and walked outside. He followed me, "Stop bothering me," I said while I walk to the stairs.
He didn't answer so I looked back at him, "How annoying" I clenched my fist.
"Sorry..", he apologized.
"Listen, I am too busy today, not annoy me", I told him while pointing my finger at his forehead. Unwillingly, I have to keep this guy happy or I won't get a penny.
I grabbed his hand and pulled him towards my room. I actually didn't have anything to do except burn cigar and chilling. He stood by my wardrobe as I picked up something for him to wear.
I choose a grey pent and white shirt for him, perfect for valet. He grabbed the attire and started unbuttoning his shirt. What the hell, Man!
"Use the bathroom", I screamed and he went inside. I didn't wait for him and exited. It was a win-win. I escaped fouling him.
I drove my car and visited Advin. We burned a cigar and sat by his private pool.
"So, how's life going?", he asked me.
I didn't know how to convey him about the valet and all the messy thing that even I don't understand.
"Fine", I skipped.
"Exams coming this week, the gotta study", he said.
"What the fuck, man? Didn't we gave exam a month ago, are they taking an exam every day?" I asked back.
"Dude, it was a year ago", he explained.
I nodded, "Lucky, have to not visit there every day," I said.
Then I lunged inside the pool and splashed out the water everywhere. Advin followed me.
"Man, is everything okay?" he asked me while sipping magenta vodka and offered me, but I denied by pushing his wrist away. He sipped mine, anyway.
I leaned against the side of the poll and rested my head against my crossed hands. I didn't answer him.
He tapped my back with wet hands, "Dude?", he asked and continued, "You seem sad"
I nodded but didn't bifurcate my lips.
"Is it your father's...?" he asked and I closed my eyes.
My dad's death didn't cause me as much hurt as this annoying Valet and his wealth is doing. I could have answered straight and forward but we never talked about so. All we talked was fun and chill, these things didn't matter before. What a headache...
I left his place without much talk. He understood me as I was raining in sadness. I feel a black blur all the time I opened my eyes. It's bad.
I parked my car and sat near a riverbank, surprisingly. I never visit, but it feels calm here. I sat there, for the time unknown. A hand was then placed on my back, I looked back to see, "Cavin!", I said surprisingly.
"Dude, are you okay?", he asked me while tapping my shoulder, to cheer me up.
I nodded and faked a smile,
"How did ya know, I would be here?" I asked him.He showed me his phone, "GPS" he said and added, "I thought you fell in the river since you never made a moment. I never thought that a jittering self like you can stay put in a place for the longest time" he said.
I smiled, really this time and barely hug him before grabbing the keys to his car. We went for a long drive and from there decided to visit the Casino. He paid, I was broke. After such a time, I visited the place called home at night, not late.
He welcomed me in the front door itself, "How was your day, master" he said cutely while shutting the garage of his eyes.
"Why don't you behave normally?" I asked as I entered our enormous hall.
"I am behaving normally", he rebuked, but softly.
I looked back at him with a frown, "Really? You know my dad adopted you and so why you need to act as a servant?" I asked.
He was perplexed, "I was told to..." he said.
"Who told you?", I asked.
"Father", he said and I rolled my eyes at his lie. I then ignored him and stick my hand free and played my favourite playlist of Halsey. He followed me but I really couldn't hear him, either his steps. Only I saw is his shadow against the piano like black and white tiles on the floor. The maids and servants were all serving the house. I was worried I had no money to pay them if I lose.
Neither I could pay my electricity bills, a water pill and so much I don't remember. Cavin told me about how many responsibilities, now I had on my shoulders. But the biggest challenge is if dad's company would face even the slightest of crack, I would be blasted with papers of life and threat.
I really don't know, how to manage all this.
