Chapter 1: The Faithful but Disasterous Encounter

Yuriko's POV

The morning sun shone on my face that Monday morning,I then woke up and looked outside and opened the window as I felt the cool breeze on that sunny day "Oh yeah ....Mom said I should be attending Uncle's school.what was it again? ......oh yeah it's St.Peter's Academy" I then stretched my arms as I went downstairs to take a bath then wore my above-the knee skirt uniform and black but long socks "hmm..I guess this is fine" as I finished changing my clothes I then made some fried rice for my breakfast.After I ate breakfast I brushed my teeth and walked out the door with my school backpack.

Since St.Peter's academy is just a walking distance,I walked instead but after 30 minutes of walking to the school I noticed that a crowd of girls was going all chaotic but then again I just ignored it and sighed .. "what a noisy crowd" walked passed them and then suddenly..

some guy pushed me "Ouch! that hurt! you should at least be sorry for what you did!" but when I said that ,the guy just glared at me

"So what? it's your own fault for being so careless" he laughed then the girls laughed as well with some insult for me but I didn't mind as I stood up tidying myself

"Guys like you WILL get karma someday" I turned my back on him as I start walking towards the school campus' building

"You don't know I'm this High School's Prince little girl!"

I got a bit mad but saying I'm a little girl? I'm 16 but even though I am a bit short but I am not-so little just because he is a giant for me his attitude is ugly unlike his looks.

I headed to my room..in class 3-2.

I sat on the front seat of the 1st row I just stayed quiet like usual "oh well I guess I should start to avoid the School Prince ...over my dead body I wanna see that buffoon again.

The teacher came in as the class began but before that the teacher called me in front as a transferee

"Konnichiwa ..watashi wa namae wa Yuriko Tsukiyomi,yoroshiku onegaishimasu minna,sensei"

( Translation: 'Hello,my name is Yuriko Tsukiyomi,please to meet you everyone,teacher )

"Well everyone,make Yuriko feel welcome here okay?" the teacher smiled cheerfully while the student nodded while me,I returned to my seat but I had a weird chill on my spine I felt that an evil presence was sitting behind me.

..well it's none other than the School's Prince, Kei Ayasaki

I sighed that I know my school year shall be a nightmare.

I don't know if I could still survive this school year or I'm gonna be having eyebags from that Kei.

When started,I began to listen to the teachers' lesson even though this Kei is playing with my hair I just ignored it and chatted down some notes.

After 5 hours,the morning class finished as lunch time started,I grabbed my lunchbox and went to the stairs leading to the rooftop "wow I can't believe there's a way up here ^_^ " I said to myself and starting to have lunch at the rooftop

"its so quiet here..." I looked up to the clear blue sky as I continue eating "I thought my school life was gonna be like a dream but in reality...it's gonna be a total nightmare" I thought and shrugged to the truth.

And then......

Some guy from my class went to the rooftop as well but he seemed sad and quiet but I gotta admit he is rather good looking...buf I won't fall just for looks...

After finishing my lunch I stood up and went close to the quiet guy and tapped his shoulder "uhm...hey? are you okay?" I looked at him worried

he looked at her "it's Ivan and yeah I'm okay" he faked a smile

"oh okay...but you should at least smile rather than frowning" I giggled again as I put up a smile on my face "see? like this!" I said while looking at him

Ivan chuckled "alright,alright I'll smile...thank you Yuriko"

I looked at my wrist watch "oh boy it's 15 minutes before class..oh well I should head back to class and get some spare time...wanna come?"

"no,it's okay I'll catch up with you later" he waved goodbye as I did the same and walked back to class while 3 girls passed by me with a dark glare while I didn't notice and went back to class but before I could enter

...once again his fans is in the room but its a good thing I went back on my seat but I got a bit irritated by the squealing voice as my patience reached its limit ...and ....snapped

"YOU ARE ALL SO NOISY! TRY BEING QUIET! SOME OF YOU GIRLS DON'T BELONG IN THIS CLASS SO GET OUT!" I shouted

Kei on the other hand covered his ears and laughed "Gosh Yuriko ..you have such a loud voice that I almost gone deaf ..." he then had a bright but stupid idea

"instead of calling you Yuriko I'll just call you ...dragonslayer from now on...." he smirked as his fans started laughing quietly

I just froze there but deeply breathed and sat on my desk "now my nightmare began right this second.....I don't think I can survive my 3rd year in high school" I whispered to myself

then Kei surprisingly wrapped his arm around my neck "what do you say dragonslayer!" he grinned at me but I just ignored him and gave him a silent treatment

I'll just avoid this jerk and I'll be his hater

I don't even have the slightest clue on why the girls get head-over-heels in love with him
