*RING*

*RING*

*RING*

My eyes fluttered open to the sound of the house phone ringing. I glanced over at my clock; it read 4:00pm.

"Andy! It's for you!" Mark shouted. I shot up and ran to the phone. I pressed the speaker button with my nose and the ringing stopped. Mark walked out of the room so I could have some privacy.

"Hello? Andy? Is that you?" my boss's voice echoed from the device.

"Oh hey boss, how are you doing?" I asked.

"O-oh I'm doing fine, thank you for asking". He sounded, nervous for some reason.

"Hey, Andy? I have to tell you something." he said quietly through the phone.

"As may know, this pizzeria is being shut down due to issues. The animatronics will be replaced, and everything will be renewed..." he trailed off.

"Boss?" I asked. I heard him sigh through the phone.

"So Andy, tonight will be your last night with us." he said gently. My eyes widened.

"Now, I do have a proposition for you Andy. When the new restaurant re-opens, you will be able to get your old job back. Trust me, I don't want you to go, you're the best guard we've ever had, but I have no choice. Since the whole place is going to be under construction, we won't need a night guard. I'm sorry", he said. I was still recovering from the shock.

"O-ok, I'll consider your offer boss", I said.

"Okay, great! Well, see you soon", he said before hanging up. The machine beeped off and I sat in silence.

"I'll have to tell them the news", I said sadly. I walked up stairs and started preparing for my last night at Freddy's.

Mark drove me to the restaurant, and I couldn't help but feel down.

"Andy, is everything okay? Ever since that phone call you've been acting weird." he said. I didn't respond. He sighed and looked back towards the road. We pulled up to the front doors and he helped me out of the car. I started to walk away, until I felt him grab my arm. He had a soft smile of his face.

"This job makes you happy, so I hope you cheer up", he said. I nodded and walked into the restaurant. I looked around the dark place. It was dead silent throughout most of the eatery, excluding the hum of the generator. I walked to the stage and looked up at my robot friends. They looked like they were shut down rather than put in sleep mode. I looked over at the clock. It read 11:55pm, why weren't they up yet? I walked over to the Pirate's Cove and peeked through the purple curtains. Foxy lay slumped up against the wall; it looked as if he had been thrown there.

"Foxy?" I called out. Nothing came from the robot. I made my way to the back room and sat in the security chair. I sighed and looked at the cameras. Everyone was still in their proper places, no movement, nothing. Now I was starting to get worried. Suddenly my cameras went out in a static. They flicked back on, Bonnie and Chica were gone. I sighed in relief. I heard footsteps coming towards my door and I poked my head out. Bonnie stood at the end of the hallway in the flickering light.

"Hey Bonnie, you gave me a scare there. Why weren't you turned on?" I asked. I go no reply but a menacing glare. He started taking steps, coming closer to me.

"B-Bonnie?" He started to move faster, I ducked back into the room and shut the door. I flickered on the light and saw his shadow through the window. I shakily brought the cameras back up, and Foxy was out of his curtain standing in front of it, ready to run. I checked Freddy and he was now looking at the camera. I watched him, horrified. I put down the screen and flicked the lights on my left. Bonnie was gone. I opened the door and sat back in my chair. I flicked the lights on my right; Chica was standing there with her mouth open. I slammed my nub on the button and the door slammed shut. I pulled up my camera and checked on Freddy and Foxy. They were still in their places. I looked at Foxy with sadness.

"What happened to you all?" I whispered to myself. I reached over and pressed the light button, but to my horror nothing happened. I mashed the button for the left door, but it wasn't closing. I felt my stomach drop. Bonnie disabled the door. I pulled up the screen...Foxy was gone. The sound of clanking footsteps echoed through the hall. I got up and hid next to the door frame. Foxy bolted in with a loud screech, and looked around confused. I inched towards the door, trying to be as quiet as possible. Foxy whipped around, and I froze like a deer in headlights. His mouth curved into a wicked and evil grin. I bolted for the door, but I felt something graze the flesh on my arm. I screamed in pain. I bolted down the hallway, ripping myself from Foxy's grasp. I felt blood run down my arm as I ran, but I didn't care. I ducked into the supply closet and I saw Foxy run pass the room. I sighed and looked down at my arm. There was a massive gash on my right arm, blood pouring painfully out of the tears in my flesh. I hissed in pain and stood up. I popped my head out of the door; thankfully no one was in the hallway at the time. I walked cautiously out of the room and started making my way to the front door. I turned the corner and hid in the shadows as I snaked along the walls. I reached the door and pushed it. It was locked. Suddenly, a happy jingle coming from behind made my heart sink. My eyes widened and I turned around. Freddy stood in the door frame, his eyes flashing and the music echoing from his mouth. I backed up, but my back hit the door. He walked forward, until something came into view.

"G-Goldie? What's going on?" I asked, scared. He chuckled.

"Aw, I'm just having a little fun with my 'friends'. Don't you like them this way?" he asked. I slowly shook my head. I couldn't tear my gaze away from them. Goldie disappeared from view and Freddy started to walk towards me. I flattened my ears and prepared to run. I sprinted towards Freddy and jumped over him. I heard him growl from beneath me before I landed. I continued to run, until I ran into a certain yellow chicken. She giggled and tried to grab me. I ducked just in time and bolted past her. I ran until I reached the hallway of the security room once again. I stopped to catch my breath and check on my arm. The bleeding slowed, but it didn't stop. I began to walk quietly towards the office, but something grabbed me from behind. I was slammed against the wall, the person holding me by my injured arm. It was Foxy, and the others stood behind him smiling. He tightened his grip and I screamed. He swung his hook at me and it hit my chest a couple of times. I was dropped to the floor, and I looked up at him in a daze. They stood around me, all watching with intention. I started to remember the good times we shared, and I smiled up at them. They tilted their heads in confusion. I reached up and ran the end of my arm across Foxy's hook. I chuckled slightly. My head started to become fuzzy and my vision blurry.

"T-thank you all. You're the best f-friends a person c-could ask for. I-I'm sorry it didn't l-last." I stuttered out. I saw their eyes change from dark to their usual colors. They shook their heads as if being released from Goldie's clutches. They looked down at me, and their expressions turned to horrified. Chica screamed.

"WHAT HAPPENED?!" she wailed. I smiled up at her.

"I-it's okay, I k-know it wasn't y-..y-your fault." They kneeled beside me. Foxy lifted my head and put it in his lap.

"CHICA! GO GET THOSE BANDAGES"! He shrieked. She rushed off down the hallway.

"I'll make Goldie pay", Freddy whispered. Bonnie's ears drooped in sadness. My vision started to fade, and I was losing feeling in my body. Chica came back with a roll of bandages. I reached up with both of my arms open. Foxy sat me up and I hugged all of them.

"I knew you were in there", I whispered faintly. I lost my grip and landed back on the floor. The others screeched at each other, frantically trying to help me. I smiled one last time before it all faded into darkness.
