"I'm glad you are back."
There sat a green haired beauty with a genuine smile and an expressionless orange haired angel. "I am too..." And two sweet, iced lemonades are sipped silently under the morning glow.
"You can't avoid it forever..." And soft words are spoken quietly, but not quietly enough.
Fists are clenched tightly and pent up anger swells, "Why does everyone say that? It's never going to happen." and tears threaten to water in sunset eyes because the words hurt, like self inflicted pain.
"Via... you deserve to be free, not hide in fear of the possibilities." And a warm hand is placed sympathetically on a shoulder. "It's okay to be afraid, but don't let that hold you back."
Advice after advice that has been taken, yet, one is forbidden. Nothing is supposed to be impossible, not for Via, but it was inevitable to finally meet a mountain that cannot be knocked down.
"What if it's too late, Rose?" And a lip is pursed in deep thought as hope is once again sunken.
"What if it's not?" And a tiny flame is lit, but a cold heart knows it will blow out soon...
But maybe it won't.
