Louis' POV
I got dressed and slid the ring into my pocket. My palms were already sweating. But I was ready. I wanted El to marry me.
"El, almost ready?" I knocked on the bathroom door.
Eleanor's POV
"Yeah, just a second babe," I was wearing my new dress. This was really fancy though, we didn't usually do fancy stuff. I walked out the door to Louis.
"I'm ready now," I spun around. "What do ya think?"
He smiled.
"Gorgeous, as always."
The drive to the beach was pretty quiet. But then again, it was only about two minutes from the hotel. We parked and he opened my door. It was sweet, I wondered if he knew how much I liked all the little things he does for me.
Louis' POV
Yes. The sun was just about to set, it was all going according to plan, which was weird. Usually something crazy always happens when I have a plan.
"It's a beautiful night," she commented, taking my hand and following me.
"Yeah. It is pretty tonight," I said. She was so oblivious. I liked that though, it calmed me down. We went into the restaurant and sat down. I was so nervous, I didn't really feel like eating. But I did.
Eleanor's POV
Dinner was yummy. Then we went for a walk down the beach, Louis was being super quiet. That never happened. It was weird.
He stopped and turned to me.
"Look, the sun is almost gone," he said, I turned to look and it was fading quickly. I looked back at Louis, he was on one knee.
Louis' POV
I pulled out the ring and she looked at me and gasped.
"Eleanor Jane-" She cut me off.
"Yes!" She yelped.
"El, you didn't even let me finish the question..."
"Oh. right. Go on," she said, and I continued.
"Eleanor Jane Calder, I love you with all my heart. Will you do me the honor, of being my wife?"
"Yes baby, yes of course!" she screamed. I slipped the ring onto her finger and got up, picking her up spinning her around. Then I set her down and kissed her.
"I love you El," I whispered.
"I love you too Louis," she said, happy tears escaping her eyes.
