Back when the girl was still young,her and her sister were often reminded by their own grandparents to never go near the pond she say it's dangerous.She said back in olden days,many people were found dead in that pond they're mostly children.Their Grandma believe that those who died on that pond will turn into a Kubire-oni.But the two girl siblings doesn't believe in their grandma.One day the girl and her young sister go near the pond to play.Her little sister requested to her that they play hide-and-seek they make a deal to play near the pond.Her little sister hide near the pond and her sister was finding her,she find her hiding behind the rock.
After they play,they say to each other to go back home.While they're cross the bridge in the pond,she heard water splashing and then when she looked behind her little sister just disappear like a bubbles.
She find her little sister every where in the pond but she didn't answer.The girl went to their house while crying and tell her mom and dad that her little sister is missing.
Their father spent the whole day finding her little sister but he didn't see her.Their father decided to report it to the police station.When their father want home the girl says to her mom and dad that they play near the pond and she jus disappear.Their dad got really angry and left their grandparent's house.
After few months when their father left,their grandparents died.So they decided to go back to the city.
It's almost 6 years when they last go to their grandparent's house,and the girl is now 11 years old,so they decided to go back to their grandparent's house.
When they arrived on their grandparent's house,the girl went to the back of the house and remembered when her and her little sister play hide-and-seek there.She missed the they her sister is still there.After few minutes she heard her sister's voice and she followed it until she reached the pond and then she saw her sister in the water.
And then her little sister is trying to pull her in the water but she avoid her sister and then her sister become sad because she thinks that her older sister wants to be with her.Her sister tell her that that's not what she mean and then her little sister cried.Her little sister pleaded to her not to come back in the pond any more.
