Rosanne's POV
I woke up to a ray of sunshine hitting my face as I groaned. My eyes opened a little more as I saw a crow sitting at my window staring at me with curiosity, but I dont remember leaving my window open. I put my thumb in my mouth as the crow and I just stared at each other in wonder until the door knocked causing the crow to fly away as Aunt Jenna came in.
"Goodmorning sweetie, why is your window open?" Jenna asked going over to it and slamming it shut.
"I dont know. I dont remember opening it last night, unless Elna did, where is she by the way? And Jer?"
"There both already at school and it's about time for you to go as well,"
I poured.
"Cant I just stay here with you Auntie Jenna?" I asked using my puppy dog face.
"Dont give me that face Rosanne Gilbert. You know that doesnt work on me, come on let's get you some breakfast then we can go," Jenna says ruffling my hair as I giggled.
Once I was finished with everything, aunt Jenna strapped me in my car seat and we had drove off into daycare while singing songs along the way on the radio.
"Alright sweetie, one of us will be picking you up after daycare okay?" Jenna says taking me out and bringing me inside.
"Rosanne, hello glad you could make it," the teacher says smiling as I took her hand.
"Bye aunt Jenna," I said waving while she smiled and waved back before getting in the car and leaving.
AFTER DAYCARE
It was around 5 and nobody has picked me up yet. I was the last one there playing with blocks.
"I'm sorry who are you?" I heard the teacher ask as I got up from my spot and walked over to the door with a thumb in my mouth.
I saw a tall raven haired man with striking blue eyes standing there with a smirk on his face when his eyes met mine, I couldn't help but get a bad feeling about the man as I hid behind the teacher and she noticed as she backed us away.
"I'm sorry, but you cant come in,"
"Rosanne dont you remember me? Its Uncle Damon, I'm here to pick you up," he said in a sickly sweet voice as I hid further from the bad man.
"Leave! Before I call the- AHHH!" The teacher screamed as the bad man grabbed her by the throat.
"You will let me in and take Rosanne Gilbert,"
"I will let you in and take Rosanne Gilbert,"
"Good, that wasn't so bad was it?" He asked stepping inside as the teacher moved out of the way.
Damon roughly picked me up as I screamed and squirmed in his grasp but the teacher just stood there with a blank expression on her face.
"You look just like her ya know? An exact reincarnation of her,"
"ROSANNE!" I heard somebody shout as loud footsteps were running.
The man turned around with me in his grasp with a smile on his face as Elena came to view. 
"Oh thank God, I'm so sorry I'm late I- who are you?" She asked noticing my discomfort as he finally let go of me and I ran to Elena hiding behind her leg.
"Did you- Did you just try and kidnap my kid sister?" She asked getting angry now.
"You will forget I ever existed, and Rosanne was released because it was getting late," he did the eye thing again as Elena nodded her head.
"I will forget you ever existed and Rosanne was released because it was getting late," she repeated in a monotone voice.
"Good, see ya around little Gilbert," The man says smirking before leaving out of thin air.
"Hey I'm sorry I'm late sweetie. I cant wait to tell you about this guy I met,"
"But about the bad man?"
"What man?"
"Never mind," I said looking down forgetting that the man had done something to her like he did with my teacher.
Elena and I left the daycare, but I couldn't help but feel like I was being watched as I turned my head to see the crow from this morning on top of a stop sign sign staring right at me with an intense gaze.
