XXII

Isabella's POV
A sound of glass breaking surrounded the house.
"Up here," Sounds like Damon.
"Down here," and that sounds like Stefan.
"Who else is in this house?" Elijah demanded Rose as she shook her head.
"I DONT KNOW!" She shouted as Elijah put me down.
"Stay by my side Isa, I wont let you go again,"
I began following behind him as he took a long stick and broke it in half.
"Whoever you are you cannot beat me. Do you understand?"
"Uncle Eli!" I shouted as I was grabbed from behind.
I was with Elena on top of the stairs.
"Isa, I'm here your safe now,"
A growl was heard.
"Bring me Isabella. Or heads will roll on the count of three, 1, 2-"
"Wait they were just my friends. They were only trying to help," Elena says stepping out as Elijah ran up to her.
"What game are you playing? Where is Isabella?"
"I-I get your overprotective of her but she needs to be with her own FAMILY!" She shouted throwing vervain bombs in his face.
I gasped as he screamed but it quickly healed as Stefan tackled him down the stairs.
"NO STEFFIE STOP!" I shouted coming out of my spot.
Stefan had used vervain darts on Elijah but it didnt work so Damon rushed down stairs and grabbed the stick and impaled Elijah with it to the wall causing me to scream and cry like Rose did before she ran off somewhere.
"I'll come back little one," Elijah mouthed as Elena hugged Stefan and Damon ran up to hug me.
"You okay?"
I just nodded my head.
"You scared me to death when Stefan and I couldn't find you, we thought you ran off again, but you got some explaining to do as to how you know this guy,"
"I've already told you..... in a way,"
"Wait..... THATS THE FAMILY THATS LOOKED AFTER YOU?!"
"Yeah,"
"Okay, dont freak out hes dead right?"
"Yeah thanks for killing my Uncle," I lied rolling my eyes.
I knew Uncle Elijah wasnt dead, he cant die there originals but of course I wasnt telling Damon that. He'll come back for me. He always does.

Back at the Boarding house I layed in my room thinking about my original family. I had some really good time with them until 1919 when I lost them because of Mikael.
FLASHBACK Isabella's POV
1919
"Mommy do we have to go?" I asked as she was getting me dressed for an Opera.
"Yes little one, why do you keep asking?" She asked finished up curling my hair.
"Because I have a bad feeling if we go. Please don't go,"
"Everything will be fine sweetie I promise," she said kissing my head.
"Yes mommy," I told her frowning as we began to head out.
We were at the opera sitting next to Uncle Klaus as I was sitting on his lap.
"Well, this is off to a bad start. Your first big date together in public after I gave you my blessing, and he stood you up," Uncle Klaus started talking about Marcel a boy I grew up with. 
Uncle Klaus adopted him and he was technically my brother but we always didn't get along. Especially when it came to mommy he would be jealous whenever I stole her attention.
"Something must have delayed him," Mommy responded.
"Hey mommy, uncle Klaus?" I cutt in having them look at me.
"Hmmm?"
"I need to go to the bathroom,"
"Alright I'll go-"
"No mommy I'm bigger than you think," I giggled. "I promise to be right back,"
"Well okay. As long as you come back,"
"Yes mommy,"
Uncle Klaus let me go as I skipped over to the bathroom which was downstairs once I made it I did my business and washed my hands.
"Isabella Salvatore a pleasure to meet you," A voice says causing me to gasp.
I looked in the mirror to see the man from my nightmares standing behind me.
"Y-Your the man in my nightmares,"
"Indeed I am. Do you know why I am here?"
"To kill me?" I whispered tear running down my eyes.
"To end your suffering you shouldn't live to be a monster forever young child," he says before everything went dark.
Klaus' POV
Rebekah just left to go see what was taking Isabella so long. With her being my niece I was slightly worried myself for it has been sometime. I felt something poke at my back as fear took over me. 
"You shouldn't have let a little girl live forever, your despicable, luckily for you I desposed of her," he says causing my eyes to widened.
"Y-you killed a child?" Fear and horror came from my voice as I couldn't help but have a tear for Isabella.
"See for yourself boy," he said just as the curtain came up.
The curtain goes up to reveal Marcel staked in the hands to a wooden cross. He is barely conscious. Lana is dead and is propped up on a swing, her mouth taped shut, and a stake impaled through her chest. Isabella was laying on the floor her eyes closed as blood seeped through her bright white dress. She had a stake to her stomach.
"NOOOO ISABELLA!" I shouted in agony as the audience laughs and applauds. "I'LL KILL YOU! I SWEAR TO GOD I'LL KILL YOU!" I shouted tears now flowing freely down my face as I watched the once bright little girl laying dead on the ground.
I tried to attack but Mikael throws me across the stage. The audience continues to applaud.
Elijah came and screamed in agony at Isabella. He rushed to her and ripped the stake from her chest.
"Please no, no, no, no please Isabella wake up! WAKE UP!"
"Elijah there is nothing we can do for her," I told him wiping tears from my eyes.
"NO! I refuse to leave her!"
"Klaus have you seen-" Rebekah stopped mid sentence as she screamed as well dropping to the ground.
"NO! MY LITTLE GIRL NO! THIS WASN'T SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN! NO YOU MONSTER!" Rebekah screamed as I gathered her into my arms.
"We must run! We need to leave," Elijah says facing the truth about his niece. 
"No Marcel is still alive! We can save Isabella we can-"
"REBEKAH! WE HAVE TO LEAVE NOW!" Elijah shouted tears still in his eyes.
Without even checking on Marcel the three fled outside only stopping when they were a good distance away. Rebekah was breaking down in tears for she couldn't believe Isabella was gone. Mikael wasnt supposed to come after her it was only supposed to be Klaus. Rebekah screamed even more her heart shattering as the place went up in flames.
