The morning light shone through the tour bus as it moved along a highway. Nate sat up in the bed and saw Dom wasn't in his bed. Nate got up and got changed, and walked out to the main living area, where Adam and Dom sat, Adam, eating breakfast and Dom strumming his guitar. But Dom immediately stopped when Nate entered.

"Morning, Buttercup." Dom sweetly said.

"Hey, morning!" Nate smiled.

"I made you a bacon sandwich." Dom handed Nate a plate with some breakfast on it.

"Thanks!" Nate sat down and ate his food.

Dom walked back into the bedroom, shut the door and played his guitar again.

"Do you know what's up with him?" Nate asked Adam.

"Well, yeah, I do. But I can't tell you." Adam took a bite into his food and carried on tapping away on his phone.

Nate walked into the bedroom to see Dom playing the guitar again.

"Nate, can you leave me alone for a god damned minute?" Dom said, rather angrily.

"U-uh, okay, yeah..." Nate muttered and left.

The tour bus had just parked in Manchester, and Nate gathered his stuff, packed it in a backpack and left. Tears gathered in his eyes as he walked down the street, feeling like Dom had pushed him away. Maybe they had rushed, maybe they were stupid thinking that a relationship had worked.

"Shit."

Nate stopped and opened his wallet, seeing that there was only a few coins in there. It wasn't enough for a train, bus or taxi home. Just enough for one meal.

He walked down the road, clueless on where to go. He was alone in a big city. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a bunch of men walking up to him, one with a baseball bat, and one with what looked like a knife. Nate started to speed up his pace, worried that they were coming for him. They started to run at him, pushing him into an alleyway and shoving the knife in his face.

"Give me your money. And that bag. And anything else." The knife-holder said, violently.

Nate, shaking, handed over his watch, his bag, and his wallet. He started to slip down the back of the wall, and that's when everything went black.
