XuanZheng yanked the roots of the evil tree around her after waking up from a deep sleep. Her head was filled with voices of the prisoners inside the frozen prisons.

She thought that if she used the evil tree to get inside the memories of the prisoners, she could maybe get clues how to extract the Shangguan Longyan box but unfortunately....

She failed.

After a moment of hearing agonizing screams from her head that almost made her crazy, she stood up and looked at ShaoTian's frozen body.

'You think that your children are safe? Well, they're not anymore! If you give me the box, I will spare their lives!'

She cleared her thoughts first after ascending back to her room. As she illuminated the darkness of her room, her eye caught a figure of a man sitting in a corner of her room. She do not want uninvited guests so she threw a green fireball and hurled it to the man.

"How fiesty... You're just like your sister."

"After reducing me to the state I'm in, how dare you show up!"

"Was it clearly my fault that you were banished from the ninth heaven? Oh, I get it... You wanted to draw out the Shagguan Longyan for yourself am I right?"

"Y-you!"

The man scoffed and moved away from the shadows. Zhuge Liang move a step closer to XuanZheng. He could not help at laughing as he saw her 'pitiful' state.

"As a Goddess, being away from the ninth heaven seems to be painful isn't it?"

"I have no other qualms from the ninth heaven! I do not need your help, you imbecile!"

She gnashed her teeth in anger and charged Zhuge Liang with her sharp claws. Zhuge Liang evaded her attacks and caught her in her neck.

"You needed my help! Without me you are nothing!"

His grip tightened around her throat. XuanZheng almost ran out of breath when Zhuge Liang released his hand making her gasp for air.

"You are *cough* one *cough* evil *cough* person... *cough*"

"Oh dear... I am not a person. I'm a God."

Luo Na prepared her things thoroughly. Tomorrow will be the feast of Qixi and she needed to prepare a speech for her men at arms. She put on an armor and faced herself in the mirror. Her vanity gave off a visage of strong yet soft appearance.

She repeatedly looked at herself in the mirror up until Xian Hua showed and gave a quick kiss on her neck.

He embraced her from her back and put his head on her shoulder while facing the mirror.

"Tomorrow is the festival, why dress yourself with an armor?"

"Mmm... I know... I just want to look at myself with an armor on."

"You don't need to put on an armor. For me, you're the strongest woman I know."

He turned her to face him and gave her a kiss on the lips. The kiss had deepened making Luo Na lose her composure. Xian Hua princess-carried her on the bed and laid her on it. He started removing his outer and inner robe which revealed his skin.
