The voice the lovers heard

A winter night walk

It was the 24th of December. Christmas Eve. That was the time of the year when mine and my father powers get drained out of our hand. Lloyd, Cole and Jay are lucky they don't have the powers to cool down or heat up someone. Zane, Nya, my mother, father and I do all the work for that. Nya and my mother normally use their powers when it's spring and summer on the hot temperatures which my father and I always struggle at as we are always warm. So we always moaned for water l. We are both like twins. But this is the time where our two female family members get to moan.

Down a pebbled path, we walked in a group. My father walking with sensei Wu and my mother keeping them warm, while I had five people surrounding me. I didn't mind but still five and two. I know that it would be a little weirdo for my teammates not including my sister of course to be really close to my father. Eww...!

Lloyd had his arm around my waist snuggling his head into my side. Nya was next him compacting her body into the group as the other three did the same. Jay moaned and groaned.
"Kai can't you make it bigger I don't feel it..." I just had another of his complaints. I growled and stopped. I glared at him for second.
"If you don't stop moaning I will set you on fire and we will use you as a campfire." I hissed like a snake.
"Calm down son no need to be so harsh." The voice of my father connected to me. I just huffed.

Carrying down the path, the two blinking lights that came from mine and my fathers hands faded like wind wishing them away. The five cold ninja shivers back into me gasping for warmth. They felt like ice. They soon warmed up as the breezy wind blew away. Then we came face to face with a round blue dangerous ice field. Oh no...

"A frozen lake! Jay come on!" My sister squealed grabbing her loyal boyfriends hand dragging him to the thin ice of danger. I stepped back and so did my father. The two of us hated and liked the same things. Sometimes we would say things at the same time, or laugh at the same time. Well to be honest I was born on his birthday so it kind of partly makes us twins
but one is like over 20 years older than the other.

"Come on kai, I'll help you...." my blonde lover confessed taking out his green gloves hands. I shook my head answering with a no.
"There is no way i would go on that thin glass of ice." I confessed which made him smirk at me.
"Hey Mr and Mrs Smith!" He yelled to my parents who were also in the same situation as Lloyd and I.
"What is it lloyd?" My brown haired mother question walking over. I knew what he was doing.
"Has kai told you the time he lost Nya to a bunch of skeletons!" He confessed and there was no chance of me surviving this. I can even remember when I was little and I watched my sister get hurt by the bullies. But the bullies who bullied my sister didn't get the punishment. I did...

"Come here you man! How dare you not tell me about this you said Nya was always safe like you promised!" She screamed like a sociopath.
"I'm sorry mother! I was only 15 I didn't know how to fight!" He cried running in the forest. Everyone laughed as the two disappeared into the forest.
"I will go and see if my son is dead or not." Ray announced and was followed by his daughter.
"I'm coming too!" She yelled sliding down the ice running to her father.
"But Nya we were just getting to the best part." Jay moaned complaining about the sudden interruption that I had created.
"You can always carry it on with me bud." Cole smiles to his strawberry faced teammate.
"Eww Cole that's gross!" Jay disagreed with the statement and Cole just huffed off.

"How come everyone here can get a boyfriend or girlfriend and I can't even have a dance with a teammate, like Lloyd somehow fell for kai and they are boys!" He moaned loudly stumbling onto the snow. I gasped not very pleased by is attitude.
"It's not my fault I'm gay." I complained.
"Why..."

A sudden voice came to my head...

"Lloyd are you..."

It was like a bird tweeting to me, but I couldn't understand a word it said.

"Lloyd help me!" Kai screamed being followed by his mother who was being stopped by her husband and daughter. The noice came to me again and I saw kai stop screaming.
"Did anyone hear that?" He requested for an answer but everyone shrugged.
"I did..." I answered.

Soon a huge blast of flame shattered the landscapes ice. Every gasped as they saw the green sparks of green light up.
"What is that!" I screamed as the flame flicked at Kai and I. We heard jay bring out his annoying laugh from behind.
"It's just like your child!" He laughed pointing at the two of us. Kai had his arm wrapped around me.
"A greenflame!" I shouted out.

The flames shot down leaving no damage what so ever. Kai and I walked slowly together to check nothing was there but we found something.

Hey guys,
Sorry I haven't updated in so long. I haven't been well and the weather in my place isn't good. I'm liking this story at the minute and will carry it on. (I might even get to finish my second one soon🤧🤗). It might be a while again until I post again as I'm going to be finishing homework off for future assessments at school. Well I have had them all excepted boring geography (don't judge my opinion) I hope you all will like this story.
