The next day,
Vincy does her work as usual. She goes to the stock room and the stock boy gives the products' list to her. She checks everything and she brings all the products to her section. She arranges in her section.
She sees the customer is coming towards her section. She goes to attend him. But suddenly, another staff in her section comes and receives that customer. Vincy feels sad and thinks, "This is a big competition here. He is a senior person and he sold many products this month and achieved his target already. But he is not giving up for me. He is so selfish". She looks at him angrily.
He sold a micro oven to that customer. Vincy is upset seeing it.
She thinks, "This is my customer and I should sale this in my ID number. But you stole from me".
Vincy finishes lunch and she comes to the floor. She attends the customer. That customer asks for an adaptor to her. Vincy shows all the adaptors to him. He takes and reads the voltage. He shows some adaptors to her.
He says, "What is the difference between these 3 adaptors?".
Vincy replies, "Sir, this is 300V and that two are more that that".
He says, "That's all? I need more features about it. Tell me".
Vincy's mindvoice, "What I will say now? It's just a small plug and how can I explain more features about it?".
She smiles and replies, "Sir, only this feature".
He says angrily, "What?? Hello, I think you don't know about it. Who gave this job to you? Call your manager. I want to talk with him. You don't know anything and you don't have any qualification to work here".
Vincy feels shocked and the tears come from her eyes. All the staffs and all the customers are looking at Vincy. That customer shouts at her loudly and heavily. The manager "Venkat" comes there and he talks with that angry customer. Vincy leaves from there. She cries and she enters to the CSD room. She sits there and cries. Ritz looks at her.
Ritz asks, "Hey, what happened to you? Why are you crying?".
She replies, "Sis, the customer shouted at me in front of everyone. I hate to work here".
The store manager comes there. Vincy gets scared. Because she thinks that he may shout at her for disappointing the customer. But the store manager says, "Don't cry Vincy. It's usual here some customers really talk like the psycho. We can't explain them too. So be cool. Just throw it from your mind. For the small adaptor an all, we can't explain more features. Because usually there will be a few features only. So don't worry ".
Vincy really feels shocked and she shakes her head. Then, he leaves from there. Ritz asks her to be so strong.
Then, Vincy comes out from the room. Prashad comes there and smiles at her. He keeps some papers in his hands. He just hits her by that papers slightly.
Vincy looks at him. He says, "my cute sis, don't cry for these things. It's very usual here. Many customers will come and some of them will shout sometimes like this. But we should bear everything. OK? Smile please".
He smiles at her. She smiles at him.
He says, "Yeah, that's my sis. You are so cute while smiling. I love to see your smiling face".
They smile at each other. Then, they leave from there and do their work.
