But You're the Problem

It started as a lovely friendship
Not a moment we were apart
Now we're never together nothing like the start
At first I thought it was me
Saying sorry repeatedly
I slowly began to see
that it truly wasn't me
You were the constant in this problem
The thing that stayed the same
The one who had the problem
For I had never changed
I stopped saying sorry
And taking all the blame
Because you are the problem and should be ashamed
You started getting angry
Always picking fights
I never said a word scared to say something out of spite
But then I said something
Someone needed to hear
So I told her
"But, you're the problem."
I will not
Will never be
The problem anymore.
